The only reason I put one star is because I had to in order to give this place a review, otherwise it would get ZERO stars. I came in asking for a pedicure, deluxe special might I add, and got nothing but rudeness from the man doing them. I had an extremely bad day and I felt like I needed to pamper myself, but instead my bad day continued after he decided to scream at me. I wanted clear pink polish (instead of classic clear) and white tips, simple right? Apparently not, because he just painted them clear pink. I asked if he was going to do the white tips, like I asked him the entire time he was doing them because he kept asking me what I wanted, and he just decides to yell at me infront of everyone there. It was humiliating! I used to go there a lot when I was a teenager and I loved it then, used to spend a lot of money there, but I will not be returning. Read Less

They filed through my nail with the electric file. The middle of my nail where the skin is attatched they went through my nail & ignored it while it was bleeding & put shilac over it. I was in so much pain & it was an aweful experience. Read Less
