Not impressed!  Since they cary over 400 colors in dip, I was expecting that they would be pretty experienced with dip.  My nails look terrible.  Not to mention, I paid more than double what I pay in California!  Can't wait to go somewhere else and have them redone.  If you do go here, do NOT get the chrome!  The way they do it is wrong and starts chipping the next day. ....plus I paid an extra 20$ for chrome!  My last nail salon did not charge extra for chrome.  This is definitely a nail salon that will nickel and dime you to death for every little service!  I'm really hoping this is not the standard for nail salons around here. This young girl did my nails. It took forever i didnt mind because ive been there before and i thought she was trying to have percision. So i always get oval nails. I've been a client for over five years. They do have a few gems there that are super sweet,professional and great at their job. The owner and the rest of the staff are extremely RUDE. I've experienced how nasty their attitudes can be on many occasions but today was the last straw. After asking for a certain shape and asking my nail tech to ask another tech for assistance(she couldn't achieve the look I requested I believe she was new) Her and the owner spoke with each other in their native language before completely ignoring my request and then begin to attempt to Do my nails how SHE saw fit. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE staff.  After coming in 2 weeks ago for dip nails I came in today to have them re-done.  In 99% of places I have been if they know you have gel/dip nails they put the foil on your hand immediately so you can start the process of getting it off.  Well none of the staff offered to put the foil on my nails and after asking THREE times politely still no one did it.  I was brushed to the side and even asked if I wanted to do it myself.  These people are rude!!!  The only reason I stayed was because my friend from out of town had already started their pedicure.  I will not be returning. The first time I went here (right before Christmas) the service was good, the wait was long but that was to be expected since it was during the holidays. I got mani/pedi and SNS powder nails, which was done very well! The second time I went back 4 weeks later and the service was terrible. I came in for the same service which was decent. I came in around 10-10:30 am and left at 12:00pm. After my pedicure I didn't put my shoes on until 2:00pm when I left home for the day, when I returned that evening and took my shoes off the polish was messed up on multiple toes. I went back, they agreed to fix it but could remember what color had been chosen for my feet so I ended up choosing another similar color that was lighter and matched my nails better. She then charges me an additional $10! She made no mention that having the color would incur an additional charge before I selected the color, but I paid anyway waited for my nails to dry and then left. Now after a week I got the SNS dip powder nails and spending now $93 the nails are lifting and look horrible! They look like acrylic that is lifting up! You can tell it wasn't done properly. My sister has had her SNS nails for 3 weeks and they look soooo much better than mines that's only been on 1 week!!!!! Will be finding another nail shop to spend my money in! Ridiculous! Read Less

I'm really not hard to please, especially when it comes to getting my nails done, but I was strongly displeased with my experience this afternoon. The young lady doing my shellac manicure spoke maybe three words to me total in English, which I found rude as she continued to talk on and on to those around her. Unfortunately, the gel did not work first time around so after applying it she had to take it off and redo it. Honestly this didn't upset me in and of itself, but her attitude was unprofessional. It was like she took it personal that she had to redo it. So my experience took twice as long as normal. Very disappointing experience; I had an appointment today, at 10:00 am that I scheduled mid December. I arrived to find the door locked. I called the business several times with no answer. When she finally returned my phone call after standing in 34° f waiting for her; she told me that they are closed today, Monday January 2nd and that she already cancelled her other appointments that day. I've only had the SNS dipped manicure here, done by various nail techs on multiple occasions, and I've been pleased every time. Some are better/quicker than others, but they're all good. I've had the dip done a few other places and was never pleased with the quality or durability of the nails, especially when it has been more expensive and/or a longer wait than Ann's. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for service at Ann's. I had my toenails painted once to match my dip before vacation about a month ago, and I will say that was a complete waste as the polish came off (not chipped, but literally peeled off) after only a few days. I can't speak for their pedicures or any other services, but I recommend their SNS manicure on a regular basis. Read Less

I've been coming here only for the fact that they have SNS but today was the last time. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I showed them a photo of a nail design I wanted that required 3 different colors. They said they could do it and put on the 3 colors. When it came time to do the design they couldn't draw the lines straight. 2 different technicians tried and both times it looked terrible. I told them to take it off. After not even finishing my nails they tried to charge me $70. I asked what for since they didn't do the design and they were trying to charge me for using 3 colors. I told them that the 3 colors were for the design they didn't do! They gave me $2 back! And my nails look weird and there's powder stuck on my fingers and clumped under my nails! They are friendly and pay attention to details...I am particular when I get the pink and white dip (I like the white a certain way) and I always leave happy with beautiful nails! I walked in on Tuesday, May 16th and it was fairly busy in the salon. I was still serviced quickly and efficiently. I love how they worked on my nails with care, I didn't get hurt with the drill or anything. I had a nail that split in the middle of the nail (from Princess Nails who did NOT do a good job and were rude), and when they finished, it looked like my nail wasn't even broken! Tan was my nail tech and he did an awesome job! I love their SNS and they have soooooooo many colors!!! My nails are healthy, stronger and the longest they have ever been without breaking! Great environment and service. I got a regular pedi and SNS full set for $66. It has been renovated and has a upscale salon feel even from the outside (dark Windows so you can't see straight in) The prices are just a little higher than most shopping plaza nail shops, but it's worth it for the professional atmosphere. The tech (Julie) offered different options but was intent to do exactly what I asked for. Not pushy at all. My first time there and I'll def be returning regularly. Decided to go here based on yelp reviews. Lovely place, recently renovated and it looks great. I was a walk in on a Thursday night around 540 pm, ended up waiting like an hour, but I was still serviced even after their 7pm closing time. Gina was my nail tech and she was very professional. Even though I was a little pressed about waiting so long for someone to seat me and didn't want to talk much, I ended up forgetting all about it as I watched her work on my nails. We held pleasant conversation about a variety of things and she also seemed to be okay sitting in silence as well while watched tv.  She was thorough and complete in her application of my acrylic set of nails. She made sure to check her work, which I loved. I was very satisfied with her work. She even helped me pick a color for my nails changing my original decision for a nude color. I ended up getting charged 40 dollars versus the listed 30 dollars for my acrylic nails. I hope that speaks positively for the service I received, including the wait. I just thought of it as a ten dollar tip, still left her another four bucks in cash, 10% of my total.  Thinking of trying the SNS or color dipping which is around 35 dollars. This is about 3-4 star nail shop. I have been here about 10times within a year since I like to try different nail shops.They have vynalux and opi colors that last longer than regular colors at only $3 extra! I no longer have to get gel manicure which weakens my nails. Although they have pretty nice colors, the shop does not offer wine or drink like other nail shops does, the shop does not look too clean or pretty and it may depend on which technician you get that day. Some of them are very skillful and will talk to you but some will talk on the phone the whole time she's doing your nails which seemed very rude to me. Last Friday I decided to treat myself and my mother to side-by-side pedicures.  She lives in Cordova so I picked a salon near her based on Yelp reviews.  I called on Friday afternoon for an appointment on Saturday and they were able to fill my request.  We showed up on time and we were greeted by the staff immediately.  They had two stations ready for us very quickly.  No waiting.  No frills. The massaging pedicure chairs were very relaxing.  The manicurists were attentive and thorough.  They had a great selection of polish to chose from.  The basic pedicures we received were more than satisfactory in both quality and service.  We were pleased.  I had not asked for the price when I made the appointment and I was shocked when I was given the total for the two of us... This has been "my nail place" since I first found it. It doesn't have a lot of the frills that other places have (free wine/drinks or a boutique feel), but they have great customer service, the place is very sanitary, and there is hardly ever a wait. Plus, a mani/pedi is only $35 dollars. Before switching to threading, I also got my eyebrows waxed here. Never a bad experience in over 2 years and no other place I have gone to compares. I have my favorite technician, her name is Ms. B...but I will be very disappointed if you all start booking her and she's not available for my monthly maintenance!I live 25min away now, and still commute so that Ms. B can take care of my nails!!
