I usually don’t post negatively, but four out of four of us had problems. We had one with extra acrylic around the nail, 2 ended up with nicks, they redid one set and the the person still had lumps in the finish. When we complained, they said they do it that way. So I paid $35 dollars for these nails. When clearly they aren’t that great. I still have my cuticle on some of my fingers. The guy was in a hurry and nicked some of my fingers to the point they bled. My glitter is messed up. My friends nails look like a meth head did them and she went to ask for her money back and they told her she couldn’t get her money back. And also told her “you’re the reason we lose customers” YEA OKAY?! They fixed her nails like 3 times AND STILL MESSED UP! My moms nails had to be redone since she washed her hands and glitter came off. Like this is STUPID! We are contacting MULTIPLE places to complain! I took my stepdaughter for mani/pedis for her bday. Neither owner was very friendly, all equipment was run down and polishes were old. The pedicure was a better experience than the manicure... the manicure consisted of only a nail trim, brief filing and polish, nothing else ( no cuticle trim, buffing etc) and all done while sitting in the pedicure chair. The day after, my polish flaked off completely from two nails and chipped on two others after only washing my hands a few times. I paid $52 for both of us and left a $10 tip. Extremely disappointed. As a business owner myself, I cant understand how they are still in business. Will NEVER go back again and that's why I'm posting this, hoping I can spare someone else the expense of a worthless experience. 😠 Read Less

Ok here is the cold hard truth. I could do my nails blind folded and drunk and it would have looked better. First of all the person cut the sides of my nails with his nails on two different spots. They were uneven sharp edges. So I paid did not want to cause a big scene and left. Went to a wonderful place in Spring hill. He fixed my nails with out charging me anything. Now my nails are awsome. I have been going to the salon for the past 16 years without one problem. Jason and his staff are very professional and the salon is always clean when I visit which is weekly. I read the reviews below and thought they were talking about Top Nails. But anyway, they do clean all instruments, tubs and bowls between clients. There is a table as you walk in the salon to the left were you dry your nails. its obvious the person that made the comment below doesn't know what a drying station is. As far as magazines to read go, there is reading material and 2 very nice flat screen TVs with cable on them in the salon. The are always keeping up with latest colors to choose from. They even have bottled water for clients. As far as the nail tech with multiple piercings-she only has 3. Its called self expression and it has nothing to do with her performing her job. There is lotion and massage oil on every station. They even have hot towels. I highly recommend this salon. Read Less

If I could give this salon zero stars I certainly would. Avoid this place at all cost. I realize that Columbia has very few nail salon options but this is not where you want to spend your money. The manager (possibly the owner) is completely unprofessional. His nail techs were working on other people when I walked in so he did my pedicure. He would not cut my toenails even though I requested him to do so and the way he polished makes my toes look like I sat down and had my three year old do them. I have has many pedicures in my time and this one was the worst. I had push all over the skin around my toenails and he did not even seem to notice. Several times he would stop working on my toes and watch the movie that was playing in the salon - for almost five minutes at times! They did not use clean instruments and did not scrub out the tubs between use. One of the ladies that works for him has multiple piercings and looked like she just walked in from the beach. The polishes that they had to choose from we're all old and sticky. There were no magazines to read, no nail drying system and not even drying spray or oil. I would way walk - no RUN! - from this place as fast as you can. It looks like it could be a cute place from the outside but it's not. Save your money and do your pedi at home. This is the worse nail salon I have ever been to! I should have left when I saw that the bathroom didn't even have hand soap. I asked for a mani to go along with my gel nails. They dipped my hands in water (not even soap water) for a few seconds, not giving my cuticles time to soften, then the guy started ripping my cuticles with the cutters! I now have 3 bloody cuticles and 2 raw finger tips from the nail file. Manicures here aren't like other salons....no warm lotion to soften, no oil, no massage. I saw one tiny sterilization machine, which none of the tools were coming out of. Who knows if it has ever been used. Read Less
