I’m hesitant to leave this review because it could make him more popular and increase my wait time (😊)but I know how important it is to find someone that does a good pedicure so I must! The gentleman that works here is phenomenal, my feet look amazing and the gel polish he uses stays on forever. Very bad experience. Telling me she worked so hard on my nails and she is not responsible for the look. Went back and a different person fixed my nails and made it much better but after arguing in a very rude way. Telling me that the $90 I paid for my daughter and I is cheap comparing to other services that they offer. Next time I will spend my money elsewhere! Read Less

Horrible service all the way around! I made an appointment 1 week ahead of time for my 13 year old to get a pedicure and acrylic nails as well as my 7 year old daughter her 1st ever manicure. The lady that did my 7 year olds manicure didn't talk to anybody and then decided being on her phone was more important than making sure my daughter was enjoying herself. My 13 year old had her pedicure and was sitting in the seat for about 5 minutes before her grandma asked if she was d...one. She responded with " I don't know what to do" at that point one of the ladies says "oh, are you getting your nails done too?" Really?? That is what the appointment was for. The whole process start to finish for her acrylic nails was 20 minutes. I've never been anywhere and seen them done that quick. Fast forward two days later and one of my daughter's $30 nails is completely off. The acrylic is thinner than any fake nail she's ever bought and glued on herself. Went in an hour before the closed. They were extremely rude. The lady argued with me when I said I needed to double on the polish because I would break them so that's how I always get my manicure. My manicure came out awful. It's doesn't look smooth. They left me soaking for over an hour and then seemed mad I was there after closing. Read Less

My new favorite nail salon! They make sure your nails are perfect before you leave and Tim is the guy I request going in for my dip nails. He takes his time to prep and paint all my nails and I recently switched to dip nails and I'm absolutely in love! I switched to pink sparkles but I also love the red sparkly dip as well! Talk about great customer service!  I was in dire need of a mani pedi after spending the last 48 hours driving and unpacking, looked this place up and got lost on the way! I showed up 10 minutes  before closing :( I felt terrible  and asked if I could make an appointment  for the next morning, because I would hate to have them stay late. The owner insisted I stay and let them take care of me. Wow! The ladies were so friendly, accommodating, and hospitable!  One of the things I dread is finding new places to go, especially  having to find a new nail salon after my one back home was do great. This has been my go to spot for about a year...they are great! When you walk in you are greeted asked to find a color and before you can sit down in the waiting area they have you seated and ready to do your nails! I love going here! They are all so sweet! They have so many colors to choose from. The pedicure chairs are by far my favorite in Collierville! My hands and feet always look amazing when they are finished! I always get an pedicure and gel nails here! I can be picky when it comes to drilling on my nails and it has never bothered me here. When I get my fills they always look like they did when I first got my nails done. They learn who you are very quickly and talk to you about your family and friends!
