CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!!I read all great reviews so I gave these people a chance! First of all the lady ( not the owner) did not do my daughters nails like she was told. My daughter asked for Stiletto , the lady cut them short and square. Then when I reiterated what my daughter asked for she attempted to fix them and they looked horrible! She then gets mad , throws down her towel and stomps off probably cussing me in Vietnamese!! So I asked the owner to get involved. Her way to fix this was to add acrylic to the end of the nail where there was no tip to use as base. So all she has is hardened acrylic on the ends. Then we move on to painting them. She asked for Candy cane stripe , that when the lady was done my 5 year old grandchild could have painted straighter lines. It was ridiculous!! And then to finish it off, my tab .. $50!! INSANE!!! I had to wait for 45 minutes for a “female” nail tech to become available because the male technicians weren’t comfortable doing a guys nails. What a JOKE. Never coming back. Also, your salon is homophobic. Read Less

I am here now for a gel pedi and I will never come back. I asked for a soak off because I already had gel polish on my toes. I saw other nail techs peeling the gel polish off of the nails of customers which is super damaging to the nail and I specifically ask them to soak it off. The woman acted like she did not understand. She used the drill and sure enough there are dents in my toe nails. Oh by the way you still have to pay $50 for them to damage your nails. Polished downtown actually soaks the polish off. However They were all booked up today. Read Less

I am so Greatful that I found Queen Mary. I was visiting another place of business within the Plaza, so I walked in to inquire more information. Mary, the owner was very hospitable. FINALLY left a nail salon and wasn't disappointed with my gel manicure. The owner is so wonderful and really cares that every employee is doing things the way she would do them- perfectly. I have tried a few salons around KC and this is the only one I will ever go to again. The extra 10 dollars is worth the manicure lasting longer than a week and having it actually look good?THANK YOU for being such a respectable place. My mother-in-law and I went to get our nails done. Such wonderful staff. I felt comfortable the minute I walked in. It was a very relaxing environment and we had such a good time.
