The WORST nail salon experience ever!!!! Stay Away from Kathy Nails @ Carriage Crossing. The staff does a really poor job. They rush through your service and your nails look a MESS!

They destroyed my nails! DO NOT go there! The woman actually cut my finger by filing too hard along my cuticle! I asked her to stop and she just grabbed my hand back and started again. I'm not sure if...
They destroyed my nails! DO NOT go there! The woman actually cut my finger by filing too hard along my cuticle! I asked her to stop and she just grabbed my hand back and started again. I'm not sure if it was the language barrier but I finally got her to stop. My finger ended up getting infected and they refunded me but it was NOT worth it!!! They destroyed my nails!! I can not describe how terrible my experience was there.

HORRIBLE!! I got a simple polish (toe and nail) change...and it cost $50.00!!! really?!? really?!? The lady asked me about my rings and my handbag too...SO RUDE!! I will never be back! Plus, they had three kids in the store....running around and basically running the place.

I'm not sure if it was the language barrier but I finally got her to stop. My finger ended up getting infected and they refunded me but it was NOT worth it!!! They destroyed my nails!!
