Went it for one simple nail repair which ended up taking over an hour.! The nail tech rushed through and constantly messed up the Polish. She had polish all on the sides of my finger and got mad when i brought it to her attention!! Then she said she would fix it for a 3rd time but after already wasting an hour o didn't have the time. She still to make me pay but i told her she didn't do her job. She told me to just leave and never come back + I told her I would never return. Why does everyone did places that you read!! Me & my daughter famous have been going here for years. They know all about us, my grandkids, our bus I cause they even get their feet done every now and then. I get gel nails and daughter gets the other nails. She has her own. Ok they have pulled before we walk in the door. Sooo for you that complain try to be sociable to them. And learn about their new baby, or an eye injury, or even her husband heart problems. I showed up the last hour minutes before closing. I asked if they had time for a mani-pedi. They said they did. The lady on my nails was nice and did a good job. The lady on my feet seemed rushed and was asking why I came so late. I couldn't enjoy my pedi. Read Less

Did an excellent job. However, if you have a group (which we did), and you call ahead to let them know you're coming (which we did), they should tell you if they won't have enough people there to do everyone's nails (4 stars). 3 of the 6 of us had to wait 40 minutes. My sister and I have been going here for the past two years now, whenever we are in town. However after our most recent visit to Happi Nails, we will not be going here again. The number one problem with our recent visit was the owner, Lisa, who is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to treat her clients.. My sister left the nail salon in tears after Lisa's unacceptable behavior. The second problem with our visit was the fact that the quality of service has really gone down over the year. This place is great and they got me in quickly! Best pedicure I have had in my life. She took her time and made me feel so relaxed. I also got a full set and manicure. My nails looked awesome, and when I messed up a nail on accident she gladly fixed it, and was patient. She helped me put my shoes on, and even buckle them! Horrible! Over-priced! Sloppy work! There is one very sweet 19 year old working there - not sure of the quality of her work... My mani and pedi look awful - I just paid too much for work my 8 year old could have done better and will need to go elsewhere on Monday to have my nails done again! Read Less

NAILS ARE NOT HAPPI! Zero stars if I could. Sister went here on memorial day as they were the only place open and this was the only time she had to get her nails done. They weren't the least bit crowded. Now I know why! She left absolutely heated by how terrible her "SNS" nails were. She only gets SNS for the last two years when only one shop in Memphis carried it. This place not only uses FAKE SNS nails they do a terrible job. The lady used two coats when most times it's about four coats. Then it is entirely translucent. You can see you her nails through it. See pics. Clearly translucent nails and even the skin around her hands are extra dry and not the results of a manicure at all! Terrible job! Never ever ever going back. The people a rude besides one who speaks. BUT NONE OF THEM KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS. The nail polish does last, the nails are fat and crack. And when you ask them to fix it the blow you off and rush you along and take your money. The last person that did my nails name is VON she is very rude and doesn't listen to you when you talking and rushes you out the way.
