Elite is wonderful! My mom and I have been going for a few years now and they have always treated us great! Recently, I came in with my bridal party to get our nails done for the wedding and Elite went above and beyond! Today I decided to stop by the salon to get my natural nails cut and shaped.  I was ushered to a seat and was assisted within 5 minutes. I was offered a bottled water, which I declined, but I was impressed since they were aware I wasn't getting my nails polished. Lisa asked how I wanted them shaped and did an amazing job making sure they looked uniform.  I didn't have a lot of time for lunch so I didn't get any other service.  I was so impressed that I've booked another appointment for a pedicure tomorrow. I've been to Elite Nails Spa three times and the first two times I had a good experience, but the last time I left without any service because they were booked. I went in around 11:30 on a Thursday and they pulled out an appointment book when I told them I wanted a pedicure. They were not very crowded, but said they could not see me at that time. Read Less

The lady who did my nails seemed to be in a really bad mood from the beginning to the end. She even didn't look at me and talked rudely. That make me feel really uncomfortable. I was debating which color to choose and ask for her suggestions. No suggestions just commanded " look at the sample ". When asked whether I could try the color, she gave a firm no... And emphasized again look at the sample! It's a common sense that the sample only tells limited story of the color since you can apply multiple layers and ppl's skin colors vary and is not as the sample board - 100% paper white. So I kindly reminded her " are you in bad mood"? She became pretty defensive and repeat twice why she didn't try me try the color. .. And told me "our skin colors are very similar , I know what you like!" You know what I like?! Because we both are Asian ? Don't joke in front of me plz ... However I didn't say more in front her because it's not worthwhile to explain . Not a friendly salon however I did enjoy the rose oil they use there, so I give 2 stars instead of 1. Read Less

I loved my visit to this salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and fun. I went with a few of my girlfriends and we were having a good time and the staff that were doing our pedicures were laughing right along with us and joking with us, which made us feel much more welcome! Very disappointed in the service. I've been here a few times, but customer service seems to be declining in the past few months. I brought my two young daughters here for a birthday gift, and called ahead to see if they were available to do 3 pedicures (the lady on the phone said yes). The salon was empty of customers (except one lady finishing up a manicure) and 4 employees were hanging around, chatting or on their phones. After making us wait 5 minutes (while they continued to chat, text on their phones, Etc) they told us they couldn't get us in for another hour and we would have to come back. Needless to say... I visit the area frequently got business and was in desperate need of a fill so chose this nail salon based on the Yelp reviews saying that they were friendly and an English speaking spa. The salon is beautifully decorated and easy to get to.  I came in on a Monday night and they were slow.  I started with one gal and another lady took over.I was baffled by the lady who took over and it seemed she was the manager.  She was very rude and didn't talk to me at all.  After a few minutes I realized she hadn't cut my nails down (spaced off, it is nice and calming in there) so I told her I'd also like them cut down. She gave me a look and said rudely, "Next, ask me before I file your nails."  Well, in all the 17 years I've been getting my nails done, never have I had to mention this, they've always asked...but, ok.She told me "go wash your hands"...having never been there before and where I was seated, I didn't readily see the sink so I asked.  She pointed to the sink and said rudely "right there"...ok.  I changed my mind on my polish after seeing another girl's color and this seemed to upset my lady...she was visibly annoyed and short with me as I picked my new color.  She got the first coat done and I asked for "glitter"...this did not go over well.  She begrudgingly helped me get a glitter top coat.  I frequently told her "thank you" because I do appreciate her good work and she did a nice job.I sat to dry my nails and she left me there forever and was speaking to another gal in an angry tone so I assume she was complaining about me, but oh well.  Finally the original gal came over and gave me a fast dry topcoat and said 5 more minutes...I waited, timed it...no one came back.  They were cleaning up to close (it wasn't 7 yet...).  Finally I got up and the gal came to ring me up.  My total was $20 and I tipped $15 because I thought maybe I'd been a jerk because I changed my polish color and asked for glitter, clearly I'm indecisive.  The lady saw this and I again said "thank you".  She literally GRUNTED at me...no thank you, come back again, no problem...nothing.  She grunted and turned away.  I walked out at 7:05...they close at 7, (I went in before 6).I get wanting to be done for the day. I get it may have been a long day.  But it had been a long day for me too.  I'm a mom of 3, traveled since 3am, then worked all day and decided to take an hour to enjoy myself...and got treated like I was a pain and waste of time. She made me feel incredibly stupid and I find that sad, especially in the business she is in.  She did nice work, but nothing extraordinary or that I couldn't have gotten elsewhere.  There won't be a "next time" for me. Without a doubt, this is the most calming nail experience I've ever had. The atmosphere is delightful- no loud phones, just calm conversations, soft spa music playing in the background. The polishes are neatly displayed for easy picking. And there wasn't any fear of being talked about (ala Elaine from Seinfeld) because the technicians spoke English exclusively. The price is similar to other salons, so why would I go anywhere else? Does take pre-planning. Rare to have an opening on a Saturday, so you must call ahead. Well worth the wait! Read Less

I had an amazing experience from my shellac manicure the young man just really took his time it was very detailed we have a personal conversation and he is a social studies major just the staff in general and everyone was very smiley and sweet and then later that day I end up scheduling another appointment because the first time slot for the next available appointment so alreadyso I came back later that afternoon and ended up getting a signature spa deluxe pedicure with my favorite scent of lavender it was well worth it the chair massages were great the people were sweet and the service was everything that I needed him more --and last but definitely not least they offer a variety of beverages from water to juices to Champagne whatever cocktails mixes or cosmos on my team as you desire they have them all and available to you during your service Read Less

My 15 year old daughter and I had plans to get pedicures but could not pinpoint a specific time to schedule an appointment ahead of time.  As a walk-in client, I was completely impressed with the pleasant greeting and accommodating staff.  The place was spotless and well decorated.  There was relaxing music playing and the lighting was perfect for functionality without being overwhelming.  We waited briefly, an even shorter time than quoted, yet no customer before us seemed to be shorted on her time.  There were thousands of color choices and plenty of choices of scented oils.  We only had basic pedicures, but got thorough service.  The massage chairs were some of the best I've ever felt.  The decor was more upscale Than any nail spa I've ever been in.  I would highly recommend this spa for any one who is looking for a quality manicure or pedicure. I have been going to Kathy's nails for many years.  They were very rude to me and I said I would never go back. I heard about Elite so I gave it a try. It is $5. higher, but the girl spent a good 25-30 mins just getting the dead skin off and cutting my nails. The warm oil is great on my feet and calves. It is nice and clean and I will go back. Surly service at front desk I've never been in before the girl at front didn't greet me I wrote name down finally she said rudely it will be a 30 min wait I said ok I've never been in I had to ask where the Shellac colors were to pick out.  I know it's a busy afternoon but at least be nice to me I'm here to be pampered!  Once seated Ann did a nice job and was friendly.  She brought me water and did a quick Shellac polish.  Cost was steep $25 plus tip without manicure but the nails look great.  Wait was 30 min and her service took less than 20 min.   The interior is very nice and calming with modern decor and peaceful music. Horrible... I take my daughter next door for her braces and figured I try it this time. Beautiful place but high in price. I paid 30$ for a fill, wyen I asked why I was told because of the lenght if my nails. The cashier stated that its usually 20$ but mine would be more. I qas floored and didnt even have a reply. A great relaxed experience. I recently visited on 2/5/13 because of a gift card. So let me start off by the cell phone sign saying please silence. I thought Kudos to the owner. I love the fact that they don't want you waiting and will not have the waiting room full when you arrive. If there is a wait you are told the next available open slot and you are welcome to sit or come back LOVE IT. Oh and they serve WINE Need to say I have found a new home.
