I guess I am a little spoiled from my normal nail salon, but this was just awful. I didn't feel like driving to my normal place because of the distance between my daughter's school and my home. I only had an hour before I had to get my daughter from school. So since I was already out I decided to try them, awful. They are too busy rushing to make a dollar. They also reuse the toe separaters on other people's feet. A big sanitize issue. This was my first time here and based on the reviews I was excited. They only deserve one for how clean the salon was. First, I noticed I was the only customer who wasn't offered a beverage. I had to ask for a water.My nails are just "ok". They did not fully remove the old polish. My toes are horrible!! They look like they were painted by a 3 year old child. Worth every penny. So clean and peaceful. Not noisy with everyone talking in the damn phones. Relaxing and peaceful. Susan and tom have a really nice place here. I'm a dude so I go with my wife and we really enjoy just being able to relax and enjoy the environment. I saw CRYSTAL NAILS on bothell everett highway I walked in and the owner Annie said hello how can I help you , that was 7months ago I can tell you how happy I am to have stop to get my nails done with Annie to this day she still say Hello ! Was trying to find a "nail spa home" and this place is definitely it! Everyone is so nice, so helpful, and the place is so clean. They do not rush the process at all and hold friendly conversations with you. They want to learn your name and I just love the place. Did I mentioned their super clean? Beautiful nail salon!
