I asked for coffin shaped nails, I got square. I asked for medium nails and got the shortest nails ever, she rushed. Did not listen to anything I said, and then charged me $65 for these nails when I could have went to a nail tech and got Dimonds and everything for that price. I do not recommend this place. All the seem to care for is the money. Not their clients.

I am actually quite disappointed with the service lately. I used to come here all the time a few years ago and my nails were always perfect. I've been 3 times in the last 6 months to try to give them more chances, but the quality has just went downhill. If you don't suggest anyone, they will rush you through whatever service you want. My nails would have looked better had I took a belt grinder to them and they asked me about 43 times if I wanted a pedicure with my mani, which just annoys me after the second time. I won't be returning for any more chances.

I am 110% certain I am speaking of the right place, there is not a salon next door with the same name. I used to work at the Walmart in the same parking lot and walk over. Way to address the issue!

My bridal party had our nails done here. They were super accommodating. Provided water, sodas and wine. Not everyone was happy with their nails and probably would not have paid for them if it we're not the evening before my wedding. The girl that did my Mani/pedi didn't speak to me other than to ask what you want? You pay $3 more for that.

Went on a Thursday and waited 1 hour to get a fill in. I came in with two other people. They were completely finished (one gel fill in and one pedicure) before I ever got started. I requested a certain person and Nina took me since I waited so long. As many know, Nina is a very busy person. (She tries to do nails and run the shop at the same time.) She was rushing to do my fill in and drilled way too much and damaged my real nail. Two days after my fill in, the sides of the acrylic nail started lifting up. I also have a very visible line where the fill in was done.

The rudest place I have ever been!! I will never be back!! I have never been treated so rudely by a nail salon in my life and the quality was not good at all. I was in shock a little bit. Do not go!!!

I love this nail salon ~ It's also very convenience and close to where I live - 5 minutes! Everyone is always so friendly and the music is nice & calming ~ great atmosphere! They always ask you if you'd like something to drink, either water or a soda. Nina does my nails most of the time and she is a perfectionist. She should move to California ~ She'd do well in L.A. or Beverly Hills ~ And yes....she's that good. Thomas is her husband ~ always a gentleman and soo kind. Great prices and they all do a great job! Thank You Nina!

I normally go here and get my nails done they always do a fantastic job. But today as I went to get my nails done for my birthday I signed in and sat there for 30 before anyone ever greeted us or even looked our way. Then I show the lady the design I wanted just for her to come at me in a very rude way saying she doesn't think she can do that and I need to pick something else! All I wanted was a set put on with all nails blue except the ring finger I wanted the Superman symbol. That's not asking much. And she said she couldn't do it. All it is, is a S? It's not that hard at all. So needless to say I just ended up going somewhere else. Just rude people and very disappointed.

This place is awesome if you are white! My sister and mother were refused service by a tech named jon because he doesn't want black people as his clients! All the owner could do was apologize.

I am actually quite disappointed with the service lately. I used to come here all the time a few years ago and my nails were always perfect. Went on a Thursday and waited 1 hour to get a fill in. I came in with two other people. They were completely finished (one gel fill in and one pedicure) before I ever got started. Then I show the lady the design I wanted just for her to come at me in a very rude way saying she doesn't think she can do that and I need to pick something else!
