I took my handicap mom to Regal nails to simply get her toe nails trimmed. From the moment we walked in they were EXTREMELY RUDE! They demanded she get in a pedicure chair..... which was NOT handicap accessible!! I am stunned at how completely rude and disrespectful they were. If I could give lower then a one star I would. This is the first place I tired in cleveland, got my first set here, and then done good, asked me did I want a new type of nail polish so I tried it, well came back today to do my fill in and on the sign it advertised for 15 dollars for the fill in, they charged me 25 for a fill in she said it was cause of the nail color, psh I could go buy some nice nail polish and paint them myself! And they did not tell me it would be 10 extra until I was done, they lost a good customer, I will not be asked to try something and then be charged almost double of what it was suppose to be, I am very very dissapointed, and won't refer any one to go here! my nails look terrible after going there. it looked like they were already growing out. I had an appt at 7, they said they take their last customer at 730, and close at 8. They were in such a rush, that the lady did my feet, and the male nail tech literally came over and started doing my nails at the same time. They did sloppy work, because they wanted to go home. This company has almost 1000 locations around the country, mostly located within Walmarts, I believe. I used to turn my nose up at the idea of having my nails done inside of a Big Box retailer, but I am starting to realize that this may be a great alternative when traveling. After receiving a substandard pedicure at the salon in the same parking lot, I decided to give this salon a shot at my gel manicure when I went in to shop. The owner quoted me the reasonable price of $15 for a gel polish, $5 cheaper than the other place.A young man that attended to me (Phong) and was very meticulous as he polished my ultra short nails (the most difficult). I noticed the new set that the owner was finishing up on another customer and they looked fantastic!The facility appeared to be very clean and they had many brands and colors to choose from. While the facility itself is far from a relaxing spa experience, I was out of there 15 minutes later with a perfect gel polish at a fair price, so who cares? Read Less
