I came in with a squared off full set. All i wanted was a fill in and a color change with a heart on one ring finger and a cross on the other. Should have been pretty quick and easy... it wasn't. He painfully took off the set I had on, put a new set on and put them in the coffin shape (which I did not want or ask for)then he chose a different shade than what I had picked and put a sad excuse of a (off centered) heart on my index finger. This was a horrible experience. Not only did I have to have him take the heart off but I also ended up with a pretty deep cut on my index finger. Worst service I've ever received in a nail salon. Went here with my sister and mother for a Mani/pedi day and the woman I got started on me LAST and finished me FIRST. Didn't even cut my finger cuticles, got cotton stuck in the polish and didn't even finish painting. I had to find a similar color at home and finish the job. Horrible work, never going here again. Will never go again! Well at 1st I wasn't gonna make a post then I got over charges without being told by $15 extra dollars so let word of mouth do what it does! I walked into Bellas & asked very specific questions to the main guy who ask what I wanted. I looked at the charges. $25,$30,& $40. I asked for the Bella spa pedicure for $30 just like that let so they knew for me the price was important. Then when I sat with the lady again I stated I wanted the Bella spa pedi. She ~ok with a nod. Then I stated I need the dead skin off my feet, that's more important than color or anything again ok with nod. After her very quick pedi the bottom of my were still very bad. Another guy ask me about color I said I am still deciding. He walks off & so did she. Another salon tech sitting there I said I don't mean to offend but do they not do a great job on dead skin it a still really bad? I had mentioned the razor she said that's illegal. (I get it at other salons all the time) We have never had a complaint & I mentioned getting it at a near salon she said that's why we passed health inspection & they prolly didn't . They put a lotion on ... walks away. Then she said to sit in a cream .. He put it on sat 2 min he used the grader again. Better but still not as good as the place I normally go with the razor but I didn't say that. I just said ok at that point. They trying to make me feel bad about wanting what I came to pay for. Long story short I showed him color he pulls another guy from the back to paint my nails so 3 ppl later. I have rough feet & my polish lines are beyond crooked... I just don't say anything bc I know it isn't gonna help. He tried to grab my arm to help me out of the chair in a rough way I sat no I'm fine I got it. Mind you I never have a tone or are rude. So I end up walking myself to the dryer & turning it on for myself sitting there. I finally ask them would you like to take my payment? She said yeah id be glad to take your money. Comes back had charges my card for $45... I said I ask for the Bella for $30 She goes to the guy and said something comes back and said that is the charge bc 3 colors. Mind you take the same amount of polish to cover the toe. And the fact what I ask for was only the big toe to be painted like that and the rest to be solid color. Not once did anyone of the 3 tech's or the white woman tech i had asked the questions to and who took my payment ever mention a higher price. So I say they never mentioned a price increase any of the 3. I saod 1st I don't feel like they were done good. And now I'm paying more. She says I'm not sorry that's what it is. That's a guy we just bring in when we are busy.. So not even a real tech. They were not even 5 ppl in the whole place. I said calmly well that's a deal break for me bc I usually tip $10 & That's even more than my tip. She say ok have a blessed weekend. And walks away. What is that? No! You have to be upfront about price. You don't just increase the price without saying something. That's bad business . There is a reason the place is dead. I signed the receipt and put no tip across the tip area and the only reason I signed was bc I was afraid they would write in what ever they wanted. I would suggest everyone skip this place and go to Angel Nails or Zen! Picks of what I ask for and I actually got. I do want to mention I had also ask the 1st lady not to cut my toe nails bc those who know me Mark knows I like an long and she cut them all very small... Very bad experience. Really great example that they think they can do what they want and blame the communication barrier. Don't have a business in the US if you can't understand English! That simple! Look at those crooked lines my daughter could have done better . I went to Bella Nails because the other salon I went to has gone downhill fast as far as the service offered. I'm so glad I did. Misty was wonderful! She went above and beyond to take care of me and I was on a time crunch big time. She did a great job and even made sure I made it to my car with my mani and pedi in tact! I think she would have driven me to work if she could have! My nails look fab and so do my toes! Thank you Bella Nails! I will be back! Read Less

I came here two days ago to originally get a gel manicure, but when I signed in they asked if I wanted a pedicure too (regular is $25) so I agreed. They were pretty busy but got me back to the pedicure stations very fast. I did soak for about 30 minutes before they got to me, but my water never got cold and the massage chairs feel really good on your back. The pedicure was amazing. It felt great and my feet looked great, too. I guess by the time they had gotten me to the manicure stations, they forgot I said gel because they put acrylic on. It wasn't that big of a deal to me though. I didn't catch any of their names so I can't say who performed what service for me, but both were fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxing and clean as well. I'll definitely be back! I had a mani/pedi at Bella. Kim did my pedicure and it was THE best I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a pedicure. It was the greatest experience I've had at a salon. I would give the salon five stars just for that if it wasn't for Michael. He did my nails. I did not receive any sort of nail care at all. He was rushed and ONLY painted my nails. I paid $75 dollars here for a mani/pedi only to get the worst treatment for my manicure. Michael did not even pay attention when he WAS doing my nails, he was watching football while polishing and even spoke on his phone for most of the time. He spent a total of 10 minutes on my manicure while Kim spent almost an hour on my feet. So I am giving Bella 3 stars because Kim was phenomenal but Michael was the absolute WORST! He was definitely a waste of money. Needless to say, I tipped Kim very well,  but I did not give Michael an extra dime. My french tips are crooked and I'm not happy at all with the service he gave me. Read Less

Bella Nails is always clean. The staff are personable and friendly. The prices are in the normal range- $25 for a pedicure with a hot stone massage. My nail tech is Albena. She is amazing- always does a great job. I go to her due to my ingrown toenails- she always makes my feet look and feel fabulous! I will continue to do business here! Read Less

I wanted to get my roots touched up and current highlights lightened a bit. What I got was a horrid orangey splotchy mess. I could not get any kind of refund even though I had to pay $120 to get it fixed somewhere else, as well as having to have 2 INCHES cut off my hair as it was melting off and crumbling.
