DO NOT GO HERE!!! Piss poor service!!! They Do Not Listen!! I have gone there 3 times. I have had a different person each time, with hope that it will be better. Not a Chance! Just got a manicure this time she clipped my cuticle til I bled. I told her it hurt! She gave me an excuse why it needed to be done. I have been here before in the evening, and the staff was awesome, this afternoon crew are horrible people and slow. Never heard of being charged to take off gel polish $15, and then $15 to redo them, without a pedicure! Was not charged this the first time I had services rendered at this establishment. They started talking about me in their language(you can tell) then handling my hands in an aggressive manner after I told her that I would get my feet done somewhere else. I had to let her know, you will ABSOLUTELY NOT, handle my hands like that ma'am! Then she tried to make me pay before polishing my gel nails, well that's not the process. I politely told her, I will not, and you will get paid after services are rendered.have money, I do not have to skip out on a $28 check! I will NOT return. Then I went to put my shoes on and she tried to tell me no, your hands will get dirty, I had to put the finger up, (No not the middle one), to let her know, sweetie, u don't run me. The worst pedicure I've received. She barely did anything and my polish chipped in 2 days. I requested she give me the foam sandals you usually get after pedicures. She, however, insisted, even though she had opened the pack already so she could use the wrapper to discard a few things, that I not get them and she would help put my own shoes back on for me. Huh? I wouldn't even give this company a one star review. My first visit, I waited a hour in a pedicure seat before someone came to do my pedicure. I paid $80 for a gel manicure and pedicure for a vacation. Within 2 days, I had to return to have them fix them. Within the next 2-3 days, the gel chipped on almost every nail (my nails did not break, the polish lifted). Now this company is saying there is nothing they will do for me. Just got home today from vacation, we spent the week in TN for my cousins wedding and decided to get pedicures.. we called ahead since there was 5of us.. my Grandmother ended up waiting 45minutes.. my mom waited 30. The lady that I had cleaned the side of my big toe and it got tender.. but I didn't think a whole lot about it.. When we all left we thought all was good.. I woke up this morning and my toe was killing me.. I looked at it and it's all red.. the gal dug into the side of my toe so much that It's made my toe bleed and I'm pretty sure it's infected. Love this place! One of the cleanest nail salons in this town. Super talented staff, beautiful lights and very thorough in all the work! My entire family, friends and daughters staff and friends all go here! That says a lot! All in all about 30 or more of us all come here! Just walked in this nail salon and got kicked out because I have a child. That is fine but the woman decided as she was saying no kids allowed she stuck her tongue out in disgust and continued to give dirty looks my 12 month old Like she was about to vomit when she saw her. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Bathroom has marble tile from the floor up. Bathroom Is really nice. Pictures don't do it justice. Waiting times are pretty long even when they don't have many customers. Polite staff. Recommend if you have plenty of time to wait. Also, great location. If you want a quick turnaround, this isn't the place. But if you have the time and patience, then definitely come through. I was offered complimentary water/wine and my technician was professional and extremely respectful. I will definitely return, I just have to ensure that I plan ahead of time. I love their interior design. I thought the place would be great. First time I went, my mom and I had a pedicure done. The guy who did mine was very careless and cut my foot to the point it bled, and didn't measure up at all to the woman doing my mom's pedicure right next to him. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt, and decided to go back once more. Second time I went, my friend and I had an acrylic full set done. The lady who did mine took her time. The guy who did my friend's nails, did not. He rushed and finished in half the time mine did. He also left her edges all rough and gross. There's maybe two good ladies who work there. Then, not even two days later, 5 of my nails start to chip. Great quality acrylic nails..NOT. I could've bought a fake nail package at the store for cheaper and it would've lasted longer.
