I was going here to get my nails done for awhile. One visit I made the mistake of questioning a nail color and Mark's wife goes off on me, maybe she was having a bad day, but you don't holler at customers. Now when I go they are very rude to me. Their attitude is, I'm doing you a favor doing your nails, you don't like it go elsewhere! So I'll be going elsewhere!

I NEVER have left a review in my life, but after this experience, I feel like people should know to never come here. I came into the nail salon with my friend. She got a full set for $30 and I got my toes done for $25. She told me since I paid the last time we went, she'd pay this time. Unfortunately, her card declined. She thought it could've just been his register so she went over to the gas station to try to get cash back. I waited for her to call back and she said it didn't work there either. So I went out to my car, and got my credit card. I gave it to him and he said since the first name on the card was different he couldn't take it! I was offering to pay, and he wouldn't accept payment. It is in my mothers name, but it is money from my father, so my mother always gives the card to me. I've used the card everywhere and never had this issue. The last name on the card was even the same. So I call my mother and put her on speaker and she was livid. She gave him permission to use the card but no, this still isn't enough. He calls the POLICE, takes my credit card and license and refuses to give it back and until the cops come. When they arrive, I explain the situation and the police were very helpful and friendly. He told the man " okay, let her call her mother back to verify she can use the card, and take the payment." I call her once again and she told him he can either run the card or I am leaving. I have never in my life been treated this way. And I have filed a police report. Not to mention he was very rude the whole time. My friend accidentally called her full set a "manicure" and he spent 10 minutes correcting her saying whenever she goes somewhere next time not to call it that. He was very rushed on my pedicure and did a messy job.

Very horrible. Mark was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers to make them at least feel welcomed. He grabs your hand forcefully and doesn’t care to interact with guest while doing their nails. He needs to learn customer service skills. He lacks it very bad. Oh don’t waste your time he is the only one that works there! So if u want more than one service done it won’t get done promptly

Just visited this place for the first time this past Saturday and had Mark do my nails. He did my nails in about an hour which is so fast seeing as though he had to soak off my powder dip polish, give me a manicure and apply new powder dip. So fast! And they look the best they have ever looked. This guy really knows what he is doing. The salon was clean and pleasing to the eye. They had a great selection of services and colors at reasonable prices. This is now the one and only place I will be going to get my nails done. I can't tell you how happy I am with the way my nails look! I catch myself staring at them constantly.

I have walked into this business on two different occasions and the gentleman has told me the wait time was "too long". There was only one client in there each time.

Service was good but there's only one person working, Mark. He's hospitable and respectful. But ensure you have time to wait! Although they are open on Sundays.

Mark is fantastic. He takes his time and quality is what he gives you. My nails constantly broke/fell off when I went elsewhere as my natural nails are very weak. I don't have this issue when Mark does my nails and they still look great even when I procrastinate and wait 5 weeks between fills (sorry Mark!)

A friend and I went last week to get pedicures and have a little girl time. She'd been before and was pretty happy with the place, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Oh, was I wrong!There was only one employee in the whole place with three customers for pedicures and one for a manicure in front of us. We had time to kill, so we waited our turn.We get seated for our pedicures, and the water is WAY too hot. The guy working is running around all over the store doing this and that while one the phone with someone the whole time. Our feet soaked so long, mine looked like tomatoes! We wanted just basic pedicures, nothing fancy. This guys insisted I have the spa treatment because, "You need to take better care of your feet." Way to be nice to the customer! I told him no, but he did it anyway! He scraped so hard on my feet, he cut open my heel! And then, he just dropped the scraper into the scalding water my feet were in after using it. On top of that, the exfoliating scrub he used, (which I didn't want in the first place), made my legs break out in a rash.We had, maybe, twenty minutes of his attention and were there for an hour and a half. A lady came and went for an eyebrow waxing while my feet were boiling, and another customer walked in when he was just starting to pay attention to us. He gave me a $4 discount for something I didn't even want and was more than he was going to get as a tip, anyway.Needless to say, I wasn't happy. If you want a nice experience, go somewhere else. If you need your nails done for something, DEFINITELY go somewhere else!

I was going here to get my nails done for awhile. One visit I made the mistake of questioning a nail color and Mark's wife goes off on me, maybe she was having a bad day, but you don't holler at customers. Now when I go they are very rude to me. Their attitude is, I'm doing you a favor doing your nails, you don't like it go elsewhere! So I'll be going elsewhere!

I NEVER have left a review in my life, but after this experience, I feel like people should know to never come here. I came into the nail salon with my friend. She got a full set for $30 and I got my toes done for $25. She told me since I paid the last time we went, she'd pay this time. Unfortunately, her card declined. Very horrible. Mark was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers to make them at least feel welcomed. He grabs your hand forcefully and doesn’t care to interact with guest while doing their nails. He needs to learn customer service skills. He lacks it very bad. Just visited this place for the first time this past Saturday and had Mark do my nails. He did my nails in about an hour which is so fast seeing as though he had to soak off my powder dip polish, give me a manicure and apply new powder dip. So fast! And they look the best they have ever looked. This guy really knows what he is doing. The salon was clean and pleasing to the eye. They had a great selection of services and colors at reasonable prices. This is now the one and only place I will be going to get my nails done. I can't tell you how happy I am with the way my nails look! I catch myself staring at them constantly.

Mark is fantastic. He takes his time and quality is what he gives you. My nails constantly broke/fell off when I went elsewhere as my natural nails are very weak. I don't have this issue when Mark does my nails and they still look great even when I procrastinate and wait 5 weeks between fills (sorry Mark!)

A friend and I went last week to get pedicures and have a little girl time. She'd been before and was pretty happy with the place, so I figured I'd give it a shot.
