Two stars because Tina and her husband were nice, the shop was clean, although outdated. I decided to get a manicure while getting my gel fill and Tina cut me pretty good and I didn’t appreciate her making out like it wasn’t a big deal, they really should discount when these things happen?
I got my pedicure next before she painted my fingers, looked at colors and went with the brand new chrome colors (first customer to try at this shop) for my fingers and chose regular for my toes. The pedicure went quickly and I noticed there was still dry skin around my toes as you will see in the photo.
When Tina painted my fingers they looked good but after I left and got to the exchange on Ft Campbell I looked and to my surprise the polish was horrible looking and pitted also lumpy looking, could have something to do with her not letting them dry fully?So upset as I paid over $45 on my nails. This is my third nail salon in the last few months trying to find professional nail techs, Ken Nail Spa failed, 1st Nail Spa failed and now Tina’s failed and of course Love Nail Spa that I went to for two years prior to these failed. I don’t understand because this is how they make their living and god forbid you say something you don’t like about their work they fly off the deep end which is what happens at Love Nails and the other two and is why I’m hesitant to call Tina’s!!!! Communication is key so why not listen to the customer and make better relationships?

They did great work here. They took their time, were thorough, and very nice. I would definitely recommend them and go back myself.

Great little place. I got a mani and pedi. A basic mani, no fake nails no color and the lady still took her time and did a great job even though it was simple. The pedi was great, he took his time and made conversation. I took a start off because there is no other options for pedicures. It’s just the basic.

Worst nail experience ever! Went in for a fill and the nail tech said I had to get a full set since I waited too long and my nails were grown. Instead of soaking my nails in acetone he took a nail tip and started ripping off the acrylic which tore my natural nail. After ten minutes of pain I suggested soaking my nails. He allowed me to, which made the process less painful, however my nails were so thin by then that he made me bleed. He ignored my bleeding nail until I mentioned it. He then passed me on to another nail tech who put my new set on. Needless to say she did a horrible job. My nails are not smooth and there's acrylic on my skin and hanging over my nail bed. The clear polish on top has gaps. I've had my nails done the past 10 years and have gone to many salons. I usually like to tip very well, but for the first time I gave the smallest tip ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else...unless you enjoy bleeding nails and crappy looking nails.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure. The decor reminded me of the nail salons you go to in San Diego in the ghetto areas like University Heights, which I don't have an issue with. There was only 2 nail technicians, which was also fine because there was only one other customer there so no waiting, yay! Male technician was nice, made small talk.The service was OK, nothing I was impressed with. mediocre massage and scrub on my feet. Seemed a little rushed. Didn't wait for my polish to dry before putting on the top coat which I hate because the top coat thins out the color of the polish and now I have a little "bald" spot on my nail. (Hope that makes sense) Anyway, manicure was ok; no massage, even though he made me take off my wedding ring. CHEAP. Paid $42. $37 for the mani/pedi and $5 for gel take off (Had shellac on my fingernails prior to coming)Got what I paid for.

Two stars because Tina and her husband were nice, the shop was clean, although outdated. I decided to get a manicure while getting my gel fill and Tina cut me pretty good and I didn’t appreciate her making out like it wasn’t a big deal, they really should discount when these things happen?
