I had a terrible experience today! The normal staff was not there. As I posted, we had tons of visible dead skin on our feet and when I complained, they acted as if my feet needed two pedis to remove ...
I had a terrible experience today! The normal staff was not there. As I posted, we had tons of visible dead skin on our feet and when I complained, they acted as if my feet needed two pedis to remove the dead skin. My pedi was the milk And honey...it was very quick as there were only two people there, so they were rushing!

I have been here twice and had very good experiences both times. The staff is friendly and polite. I did have a little trouble understanding them because of the accents but they are willing to repeat ...
I have been here twice and had very good experiences both times. The staff is friendly and polite. I did have a little trouble understanding them because of the accents but they are willing to repeat themselves until you understand what they're asking. I would definitely recommend this place.

The most sweetest people ever! I absolutely loved this place. Came in today to get a Brazilian wax & she did an amazing job! Super talkative, made me feel extremely comfortable. Everything very clean....

Only place I go to get my eyebrows done! Refuse to go anywhere else. I love how gentle they are when they do my medi/pedi since I'm new to getting them done. Love this place and the workers

Been to a couple of places local. This is the only place I go now. Does them right, the way YOU ask, with no sneaky up charges. Very sanitary.

Stopped because it was close and needed my nails done badly. Worst Manicure with Shellac I've ever had!! The woman tore my hands up with the nail file, clipped skin off that is supposed to stay, did things multiple times because she couldn't stay focused! Now I have short super buffed (thin) nails! And my shellac looks like I did it myself at home! I will never return no matter how bad I need my nails done! Awful!! I'm contemplating going to my usual place and paying to start all over!! Never use this place!!!

I think the tech Teresa does an excellent job!!!! She does my nails, feet, eyelashes and brows. Go check her out!!!!! Ask for Teresa she is awesome!

i wouldn't ever go back to that place!!!! first i called to make an appointment and asked for a certain someone and the lady said she don't work there anymore...ok..cool...then as i was finna make an appointment the rude bitch hung up on me......so i go in to get a fullset, the lady's didn't speak to me...i had to tell them what i wanted as they was working....told me pick a color...cool...i did....i was sitting down waiting...then a lady came in and signed in ...and they told her 10min wait...so the lady left then came back and as she came in they lady's told her to come to a table ...as i was still waiting.....so i got up and asked how much longer is the weight and the lady's started speaking in there language and didn't say shit to me....so i will never go back to that place ......never again.....never!!!!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could . I went in for a manicure and I got my arms yanked around and scolded because the woman threw my arm too hard that it hit the fan and messed up my wet ac...
I would give this place zero stars if I could . I went in for a manicure and I got my arms yanked around and scolded because the woman threw my arm too hard that it hit the fan and messed up my wet acrylic. The job was so bad that I paid without drying my nails , went home and cut them off . Not to mention I wasted 55 dollars . The woman with the black hair and blonde highlights with somewhat of a shoulder length cut was rude ! And nasty towards me . After messing up my nails by throwing my arm because I was in her words (too tense ) she looked at me and said "really!" And made this hideous demonic face . The aura In that place was horrible ! Don't waste an expensive spa day treat at this place ! You work too hard to throw away money ! However , Venus nails fixed me up & had wonderful customer service !

This nail salon is hands down the worst. Once I arrived I asked for a French fill in with a gel top coating so it would last longer. They told me they don't do gel on regular acrylic nail, even with my paying extra for it. Then I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails shaped and as he start filing my nails down they were look curves then when I told him this isn't right he tells me I don't know how to do that shape your asking for.. BY THIS TIME IT WAS TO LATE AND HE SHOULD OF MADE THEM KNOWN BEDORE HE STARTED SHAPING MY NAILS.. Then I asked for. Polish change and he did even paint my toes right, he started off right but when it was time to apply the second coat he half way did it and it was a sloppy job. Please don't waste your money here bc you will be highly upset with their work and lack of skills.

I had a terrible experience today! The normal staff was not there. As I posted, we had tons of visible dead skin on our feet and when I complained, they acted as if my feet needed two pedis to remove the dead skin. My pedi was the milk And honey...it was very quick as there were only two people there, so they were rushing!

I went in for a manicure and I got my arms yanked around and scolded because the woman threw my arm too hard that it hit the fan and messed up my wet acrylic. The job was so bad that I paid without drying my nails , went home and cut them off . Not to mention I wasted 55 dollars . They told me they don't do gel on regular acrylic nail, even with my paying extra for it.
