Had a 'girls morning out' to get pedicures. My daughter-in-law enjoyed picking out the color of polish, and pedicure scent. It was quite relaxing, enjoyable and our feet felt so much better. Prices set for services are normal for the industry in this area. Staff was professional and friendly. This location only accepts cash, that's the only draw back. Come in to get a full set and pedicure, I showed them a photo from their web page and said I would like this in dark pink. I ended up with some wolverine ass nails all one color with no gems. It took 2 hours for them to do them and looks like trash. I was running late and couldn't get her to fix them. She was also super rude and didn't put down a towl for my hands and swept the nail filings on the ground. This was my first visit. I really enjoyed the overall experience. The girl that did my pedicure was very nice, friendly and she actually talked to me. This nail salon was above my expectations. A few local nail salons after receiving acrylics made my hands hurt. Not with this salon the gentleman Tom did an exceptional job and I will be returning. The reason I have voted 4 stars is because I would've like to have seen a little bit more of a theme, a hand massage with all manicure and nail services, and not making customers use an atm for debit card charges. I visited Paradise Nails & Spa on Sunday, Jan 21 2018 and the nail tech was really nice but I was disappointed with the pedicure. I was surprised that I had to request to repeat cleaning and while drying my polish I noticed a chip. I brought it to the attention of the other female techs and the male tech but I didn't feel as though they were too enthused about fixing the problem so I told them not to bother. As I was outside the door, I noticed they must have called the tech that had waited on me because she was looking out toward the door as I was leaving and the other two nail tech were seemingly updating her and finding something very humorous. The reason I am giving this one star is mainly for my visit just today. My daughter and I (and mom when she visits) frequent this place all the time and they are usually amazing. Well today my daughter takes me to get a pedicure for my birthday and it ended in a disaster. The lady who worked on my feet acted like she was in a rush for something, despite us being the only two people there for quite some time. She did a half-ass job on my feet and this is the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. The Polish looks like it was slapped on by a toddler and I always get the gel (which is extra) because it lasts longer. She asked me before I left if I was satisfied and I told her I WAS NOT but she kept doing what she was doing and promptly left the area. When it was time to go my daughter paid because I was very upset and I didn't want to cause a scene so I walked out. So it was my first time here today I got my very thick eyebrows waxed and she made them 90s thin I am pretty upset about it so be weary about getting your eyebrows waxed here. I also got a pedicure which was pretty good the basic one is 23 bucks which is a pretty good price in my opinion. This salon was very clean and the staff kind on the positive note. I enjoyed the pedicure and manicure, but I found it overpriced. I was very disappointed that my gel manicure and pedicure barely lasted a week, unacceptable. They do offer an array of services from specialty pedicures to even facials. I usually go to a different nail salon when I'm in town, but I wanted a simple geometric design that my usual place can't do. I looked up a few places with good reviews and their pics, and decided to try this salon. I'm never coming here again. I got a full acrylic set, coffin shaped.1. They charge extra for coffin shape. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never been charged extra for the shape. I find that ridiculous and a way to nickle and dime customers. I showed them the design I wanted and my technician couldn't speak English, so she showed another tech next to her, who was slightly sarcastic in saying they might be able to do it. It really wasn't hard to do. I could draw it, and I'm not even an artist. Also, they have pics on here that show they can do it. Why market something if you can't do it? 2. My nails are not even, and when I showed the tech, she said my nails underneath aren't even, as if that affects the tip? I asked her to even 3 nails out on my left hand to match my right side, and she was lazy, and aggressive, where my left thumb isn't even coffin shaped or even. 3. The acrylic was so thick. I asked her to make it thinner and even it, and she did, but still did a bad job. You can see in other pics on this page they always make it too thick. I don't know how anyone reviews them 4 or 5 stars. I pay for a service and tip well, and it makes me mad that I did here when it was a terrible salon. I'm never coming here again. Bad service. My boyfriend and I came here to get pedicures and we specifically asked to get them at the same time. We even waited 20 min so that we could get a chair together. My pedicure was started and no one came to do his until I was half way done, even after I said something to them. They did no callus scrub even though it said it on the menu. I used to feel like I had to "settle" when getting my nails done in Clarksville, but I have finally found a great salon! You are offered water or your choice of wine when you arrive. Prices are great, technicians are attentive and they give great massages! I have been here several times and this is not a place where I have ever felt rushed out of the chair. I have come on a busy Saturday and a quiet weekday, and received the same quality service on my nails. One of the best nail salons I have been to! I'm not from the area, just visiting my fiancé who recently moved here. I did my research before picking a place because I'm a little skeptical about trying somewhere new. The people were extremely friendly and the place is clean! I only got a pedicure there but my pedicure lasted an hour. The girl who did my pedicure was amazing, she took her time and it definitely shows, my feet look fantastic. I really wish I would have caught her name, I would recommend her to anyone!They have a booklet with the different types of pedicures they offer. I got the paradise pedicure, which is one level above the basic. The difference between mine and the basic is they use a salt scrub on your legs. I usually only get basic pedicures but for only a few more dollars I thought it's worth a shot. WORTH EVERY PENNY! I think she spent about 10 minutes a piece massaging each leg and foot. She also noticed I have a scar on my ankle and asked if it was okay to rub around it, and to let her know if she pushed too hard, I have never had anywhere ask me that. I've had my scar since I was 3 and it never bothers me. Honestly I forget I have it most of the time. The fact that she noticed it and wanted to make sure I was comfortable shows you show much detail she paid.Over all my pedicure ended up costing me $33. If I would have picked a solid polish it would have been $5 less. They charge $5 extra for a French (White tips), which isn't uncommon since it's more time consuming and takes more skill. VERY CLEAN, calming, nice decor, and very friendly staff! The prices are great as well! Please please please do not waste your money or your time! I have been going to them for a while! They first got mad because I asked for multiple colors on my nails... then today, the nail tech that I request was not there. Well they get offended by requesting because they all feel like they do the same job! Needless to say... she wasn't there today. I politely said that's fine anyone can do them! After them TELLING me with several people working how "you come back tomorrow!"... I said no anyone can do my nails because today's the only day I have! I got a pedicure and after she stated again... you come back tomorrow! I said no... this is after painting several of my nails sampling polishes... I said anyone can do it. Was in town for work and decided to get a pedicure and this place happened to be near where I was at the time. The experience was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The tech focused more on what was tv (even though it was behind him) than actually doing his job, kept bending my ankle more and more rather than adjusting his positioning (I even indicated this hurt as I have had several ankle injuries in the past but he continued to do it), refused to put my flip flops on my feet after he was done and insisted I use their foam ones, and his massaging wasn't great. I literally just move here almost a week ago and I was in need to get my nails done...I yelped and I decided to give this place a try since it was closing at 7:30...anyway long story short the owner (Tom) did a a fantastic job on my nails. So far I love it even though it's only been couple hours...although I let my husband choose the nails color for me (Shallac #13)  (Carolina blue) (yes my husband is a Carolina Panthers fan) I didn't like the color at first but it definitely looks good...after 10 mins later. @Thomasa P. I was there when this happened to witness the entire story and to be honest it was very entertaining and ridicule at the same time. I do not know why you would go ahead and assume that she has a rhinovirus with just several snifflings and sneezings. But I cannot blame you for being careful of that.Personally, I have never seen anybody wait for each layer of polish to dry before putting on the next layer, but the again, it might just be me. The polish you got on was regular polish so it's not unsual that it might scratch or smudge. But instead of coming back and ask them nicely to fix it, you stormed into the shop, demanded the tech to fix them. You only smudged a few fingers but decided to scratch them ALL off while waiting for a tech to fix them. The lady was gladly fix them for you but then your attitude showed again and was being very rude to the tech, saying that you don't want them to polish your nails anymore. But then you asked to come back tomorrow and they have to put the polish on for free, which they would be gladly to do if your attitude was a little nicer. But I understand that after a long day of working and having to put up with that, they don't want to deal with it anymore. I come here frequenly and everyone is very nice. I just moved to Clarksville from San Diego and I'm searching for a good nail tech/salon I came here for a fill and color change, and left with a whole different nail shape. Not what I wanted. I went in w coffin shapes nails and left with most nails looking like stiletto and almond shape. I usually don't like to complain so I just dealt with it. When I got home I realized that my whole right hand was not shiny from the top coat. I called it in and I went back to have them apply another layer of top coat. At this point I was irritated. And I knew wouldn't come back.Fast forward 2 weeks I'm at a different salon named "Kim's nails" as she was drilling off my shellac she noticed fungus under my nail. Something I've never experienced with nails before. I asked what causes this and she told me when nail techs don't properly clean your nail before reapplying powder fungus begins to grow  If I could give this salon 0 star I would. Save your money and visit Kim's salon! Ask for Eileen, you won't regret it. Read Less
