I have been going to this place for about two years and I liked it under previous management MUCH BETTER. The quality of service from the new management varies, but typically it is not good service. They change the prices every time you get something. I've been getting gel nails done there and I have never once paid the same price. The last time I went to get them filled (4/26), I opened my wallet to pay and one broke off immediately! The lady who did my nails seemed nice but cut me 2 times (made me bleed). She did a poor job shaping my nails. She says they’re stiletto but they look like coffin mixed with stiletto. Was my first visit and my last. Read Less

I use to come here because every where else was over priced but the customer service these past few times has been horrible, they don't acknowledge you, they argue with you about what you want fixed when they're the ones who screwed up, making my nails look like a 5 year old polished it. Actually a 5 year old can probably do a better job. Save your time and money and go else where. Read Less

This is the only place I will go to get my nails and pedicures done. I live in Clarksville and work in Nashville and have yet to find a place, in either city, that I love more! CLEANLINESS ISSUE!!!! I'm just going to list the things I witnessed that are not ok, and gross. I work in an operating room and my work life revolves around sanitation so I know what to look for and I also consulted a nail tech friend of mine. The towel used on the desk was not clean, visibly soiled. The file that was used on my nails was AT THE SAME TIME being used on another's nails. The cuticle clippers were pulled from his desk drawer and when I asked if they were sanitized he said yes and pointed to the autoclave. He then sprayed alcohol on it and whipped it off with the dirty towel. The acetone in the bowl was poured back into the bottle once he was done soaking my polish off. I also got a pedicure. I assumed my bowl was clean but I watched the bowl next to mine be drained and immediately filled for the next client. It was not cleaned AT ALL, not even a wipe down. The gentleman who did my pedicure had a caddy with all his supplies that he carried from client to client so none of the instruments were cleaned between uses. That included the callus remover block that was just rinsed off. The young lady next to me didn't even receive a massage or even lotion, she had to ask him and he seemed very annoyed by her mentioning it to him. It's one thing to do a crappy job and for a business to have horrible customer service but to obviously not follow any health codes is insane. If you choose to go here go get some antibiotics before they even touch you, it's your health at risk. I'd hate for someone to get a staph infection. Read Less

Still sitting here getting a pedi and can tell you as of now I won't be back! I can't even sit here and enjoy the $40 I'm paying. The man doing my pedi is beyond rude. He is moving my legs and feet very rudely and acting as if I'm an inconvenience to him. I haven't had a pedi in about a month or 2 since I am a mom it's hard to get free time. He mentioned to me when is the last time I had a pedicure and I told him about 2 months he said I can tell. And him and the other employee laughed. Mind you there are other customers here and I felt embarrassed. Then he put my shoes on and never gave me a foot massage or lotion. So I asked if it came with a foot massage and he just shook his head yes and shrugged his shoulders. Then took off my shoes and gave me a massage. I'm just to pissed to even enjoy myself. I was gifted a $50 gift card they refused to take. I picked out multiple nail polishes for toe color, they were empty and had to keep choosing different ones.  Finally, they burned my skin with wax being too hot. Lots of options in Clarksville, wouldn't recommend here. Read Less

I have been going here for a while and today was my last visit. A new person did my nails, and putting aside the fact she cut me and was very rough and rushed the whole time, I could have forgiven that if I didn't leave looking like a child just painted my nails. Really sad, should screen new hires better, it looks bad on the whole place when someone has a horrible experience like I did today. Especially for a $62 gel manicure and pedicure service, I just wasted money because I'll be going somewhere asap to get this atrocious job redone. Read Less

Very disappointed. I have been there many times and unfortunately the service has really gone done hill in the past year. Service is slow , most of the staff is rude. They trash talk their customers because they think no one can understand their language however a few of us can! Yesterday was my last visit there. My nails look like a child polished them with polish all around my skin and toe nails are rough edged and again polish all around my skin. So sorry I have to find a new salon. Read Less
