Zero stars. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and professionalism. When I called to make an appointment for a fill, I was told they couldn't work with acrylic nails from other shops and I had to have them soaked off. In my opinion, this is unusual but understandable so I went ahead and made the appointment for 2:00pm on 2/7/18. I arrived early, and in my opinion, isn't it better to be early than late? I was let in and I said I had an appointment at 2 but ...I was a little early, she responded "a little." I asked if I needed to leave but she said no and asked me to fill out a form. I started filling it out but was instantly confused why they needed all of this information.....My address, phone number, birth day, occupation, employer, work number, what kind of retail products do I buy?!? Afterwards, the service started but didn't last long before I was told "we probably aren't the bet fit for you!" I agreed, I stood up, grabbed my jacket and purse, and politely walked out the door. But when I started my car I remember all of my information was on that form. So I went back inside to get it, the woman inside grabbed my paper and yelled,"that is our property!" Umm...? Actually this is all my information, if its anyone property its mine. I took my information and left and the woman was running me down in the parking lot. CRAZY! I have never seen worse customer service in my life! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! See More

I had really high hopes for this place because of the great reviews. I also felt like they must be really good because they only had one appt slot available for today. I went in and liked that they only had a 1:1 ratio...they didn't take on any more clients than they could handle. Pedicure was good, really no complaints. Unfortunately my gel manicure was so bad and completely ruined my experience:( I don't even think i can call it a manicure. There was no soak, no clipping of cuticles/pushing back of cuticles, the skin around my nails was left untouched (and it needed to be clipped). Basically the girl only buffed my nails with a machine and then sprayed them with alcohol and began painting. Never asked what shape I wanted for the file or anything. A few of my nails were super wavy after the file and did not look even at all. I really feel like I could have done the manicure better myself. I came home and had to fix them by filing them and clipping the excess gel off myself. the technicians are very sweet and the salon seems to be well run, but the end result was not acceptable for me. I will not likely return :(

My first visit to Exclusive Nails was yesterday. I have been going to places that do sub professional nails since I moved here 3 mos. ago. I should have read Yelp first. Wendy is the owner/operator. She is amazing and so nice. The cost is higher than other shops, but worth the quality! I had a fill only, but definitely will have a pedicure soon too. She does not take walk ins or same day phone ins. She was on time and so was I.

BEST acrylics I've ever had done, went in for a fill but she basically ended up having to redo them due to the horrible job my previous salon had done. Nails looked natural, clean, and were even/perfectly shaped and rounded. Wendi was funny and her salon was really cute and clean! She explained to me everything done wrong by the previous place and I could tell she was very knowledgeable about nails/nail care! Prices are great & she takes her time to make them look exactly how you want :)

I had gel polish on my toes and wanted to get a new pedi. So I came in here and they decided to take off the gel polish with the grinding tool. I jumped a couple of times because of the pain. Come to find out she went in too deep. So I am already upset and told her I don't want any nail polish anymore. So she left my toes like poop. No nail clip, no nothing. Even when she was taking off the callous she didn't let my feet soak enough. It felt like she was doing it raw. Anyways. I won't be going back there. Good luck.

My friend and I have been looking for a clean, upscale nail salon with actual nail ARTISTS instead of a run of the mill chop shop. This place exceeded our expectations. Wendi and Taylor take pride in their work and make 100% sure you're happy before they are finished. And my friend and I have high expectations. We both left so happy to finally have found what took us going to countless shops to find; real nail artists who can actually do anything you can imagine. I love my nails and cannot wait to go back.

I am on the fence in rather or not I'd like to give her a 4 star or 5 star review. Reason being, the 10 buck up charge for nails done outside her salon. I made sure to hear her explanation for this and while it is valid, I kind of feel that it is somewhat a punishment to charge customers for what products other salons don't use (as far as fills are concerned). Every salon thinks their products are better so one who isn't educated and knowledgable about nail enhancements (or whatever you want to call them) and receiving information on products from a handful of different salons doesn't necessarily put the consumer in a situation as to where they know which product is better. They more or less gain information on a plethora of different products. All that aside! Her work is far better than most salons that I have had the pleasure of visiting. And I would defiantly go back. It's a small business, with only one person with the skill to do fills and full sets. I strongly please recommend making sure to book in advance. The staff is friendly and overall I was pleased.

The salon is super clean, with no chemical smells I've experienced in other salons. Her knowledge is being passed down to her daughter Tayler, who is becoming an amazing tech in her own right. If you are looking for a true one on one nail experience, this is the place.Wendi started out as my "nail lady," but I now consider her and her daughter my friends. Make an appointment folks. Best kept secret in Clarksville! Friday was the 3rd time I've been here. I've gotten acrylic nails twice from Wendi. She is beyond friendly and funny too! It sure does make the visit enjoyable. Friday I had a pedicure from Valerie who did a wonderful job. My feet have never felt so smooth! I will say that the experience seems longer than going to another nail salon, but it is totally worth it! The prices are definitely comparable to other nail salons. The decor doesn't remind... me of a typical nail salon. You can see the personal touch and hard work that the owner has put in to make this her business. She even has artwork that her children have made hung up in the bathroom. Those personal touches make the salon so inviting! The best thing about this nail salon are the staff. These ladies not only listen to you, but are also in this business to keep your best interest in mind. They offer wonderful suggestions, and answer any questions you may have. They NEVER try to pressure you into anything! I no longer fear for my nails because I trust them so much! Remember this business is just like going to get the perfect hairstyle or massage, so make an appointment. This is the best nail salon in town! I've lived here a year and a half and tried just about every place in Clarksville that does nail enhancement. All other places seemed to rush through and I was never happy with my nails, especially after a fill when you could visibly see the fill lines. Wendi did a great job with my nails and they look fantastic and natural. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and the salon is clean and professional.

Wendi and Taylor take pride in their work and make 100% sure you're happy before they are finished. And my friend and I have high expectations. We both left so happy to finally have found what took us going to countless shops to find; real nail artists who can actually do anything you can imagine. I love my nails and cannot wait to go back.

I am on the fence in rather or not I'd like to give her a 4 star or 5 star review. Reason being, the 10 buck up charge for nails done outside her salon. I made sure to hear her explanation for this and while it is valid, I kind of feel that it is somewhat a punishment to charge customers for what products other salons don't use (as far as fills are concerned). Every salon thinks their products are better so one who isn't educated and knowledgable about nail enhancements (or whatever you want to call them) and receiving information on products from a handful of different salons doesn't necessarily put the consumer in a situation as to where they know which product is better. They more or less gain information on a plethora of different products. All that aside! Her work is far better than most salons that I have had the pleasure of visiting. And I would defiantly go back. It's a small business, with only one person with the skill to do fills and full sets. I strongly please recommend making sure to book in advance. The staff is friendly and overall I was pleased.

The salon is super clean, with no chemical smells I've experienced in other salons. Her knowledge is being passed down to her daughter Tayler, who is becoming an amazing tech in her own right. If you are looking for a true one on one nail experience, this is the place.Wendi started out as my "nail lady," but I now consider her and her daughter my friends. Make an appointment folks. Best kept secret in Clarksville! Friday was the 3rd time I've been here. I've gotten acrylic nails twice from Wendi. She is beyond friendly and funny too! It sure does make the visit enjoyable. Friday I had a pedicure from Valerie who did a wonderful job. My feet have never felt so smooth! I will say that the experience seems longer than going to another nail salon, but it is totally worth it! The prices are definitely comparable to other nail salons. The decor doesn't remind... me of a typical nail salon. You can see the personal touch and hard work that the owner has put in to make this her business. She even has artwork that her children have made hung up in the bathroom. Those personal touches make the salon so inviting! The best thing about this nail salon are the staff. These ladies not only listen to you, but are also in this business to keep your best interest in mind. They offer wonderful suggestions, and answer any questions you may have. They NEVER try to pressure you into anything! I no longer fear for my nails because I trust them so much! Remember this business is just like going to get the perfect hairstyle or massage, so make an appointment. I went here to get my nails and feet done for an upcoming army ball I will be attending this weekend. Ms. Wendi took her time and was able to look at a picture of my dress and create a design that matched my dress perfectly. It was so nice to have someone work on my nails that spoke English. The salon is extremely clean. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants custom nail work done by an experienced professional.

This is the best nail salon in town! I've lived here a year and a half and tried just about every place in Clarksville that does nail enhancement. All other places seemed to rush through and I was never happy with my nails, especially after a fill when you could visibly see the fill lines. Wendi did a great job with my nails and they look fantastic and natural. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and the salon is clean and professional.
