I'm usually a walk in and rarely need to wait longer than a few minutes before someone gets me into a chair. Super friendly service. I have enjoyed the process of having my feet pampered, although I haven't gotten used to it tickling me to laughter each time I visit. Tips here would be great. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, and the waxing room was full of junk so she waxed my eyebrows at one of the manicure stations. So instead of being in a private room, lying down, I was sitting upright in front of everyone in the salon. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I won’t be returning. Read Less

I have been going to Emily's Nails since they opened, I clean houses for a living and when Tommy does my nails they hold up to the chemicals and abuse that I put them thru on a daily basis. I've been going here for a few months. Every time I'm not satisfied completely. I usually have a different person doing my nails each time. There are a lot of inconsistencies in the nail work they provide and for this reason I don't intend to return. For example, on my latest nails, the lengths are different between hands, the acrylic is covering my cuticles, the paint was on my skin when I left, and there are lots of lumps and bubbles. You can see the difference in lengths between pinky nails. Anyone know where to get a decent manicure around here? Read Less

Been going to Emily's for over a year and never had a bad experience! They always are friendly and if there is a wait then they will let you know when you come in. They always take care of me and offer something to drink free of charge which is so wonderful! They are great at what they do and I won't ever go anywhere else! I really like that they will do designs and are really good at them. I got my toes done with gel polish a month ago and they still look like they did when I left. Great, but the gentlemen that did it was obviously tired and having a long day so he was very rude and rough with my daughter. I should of said something then. Then the owner said, "so what" when i brought it up. I am extremely upset. Not for the fact of the rude nail technician but for the way the owner acted, as if i wasnt a a regular customer. I went once before and had a decent experience but I went again this past Monday to get acrylics. I waited 45 minutes before I was helped. a woman walked in after me and was helped before me. the woman that did my nails was too distracted by her children and was careless with my nails. she cut my finger with the drill because she wasn't paying attention and caught the side of my finger. my nails didn't last 3 days. 9 of them popped off and one of my nails was split all the way across. Hands down the best place in Clarksville to get a mani-pedi-waxing. Reasonable prices, very very friendly staff, I also got hot tea during my visit. Very short waiting times to no waiting times. If you do 9 visits, the 10th visit is free. Highly recommended! Read Less

I love going to Emily's Nails. Tom,Macy, Henry and the other staff our great. I have been going for over a year. And started out using acrylics, then I started using the SNS and love the fact that they are detailed oriented and take their time to do your nails. I made an appointment for a bridal party that consisted of 4 people. One of the bridesmaids was late, so I understand that they were a bit backed up and unorganized when it came to getting our pedicures started. However, the service was poor. Nobody was really all that friendly. I got an express manicure and pedicure and it would have looked better if I would have done it myself. There were all kinds of creases in the polish even though I let it dry for 40 minutes while I was... waiting for the other bridesmaids to finish. 3 days later and the polish is already chipping off and I have not been at all active with my hands. Also, the pedicure wasn't even a pedicure. My nail tech brought out the pumice stone, but just barely ran it across my feet for about 5 seconds. The only thing that changed about my feet was the polish. There was also polish on the skin around my toes and my fingers. I am extremely disappointed especially since this place is way overpriced for the horrible service that they provide. I had an appointment for 1 it was 1:56 before they got to me. I actually watched another girl walk out also. I originally came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure but I'm only getting the pedicure because my toes look horrible. I was really disappointed because I heard nothing but great things about this place. But I will never be coming back or send anyone else here. Not the way you get customers to come back. I paid $40 for a set of acrylic nails with gel polish, and am satisfied with the result. Henry was polite with good attention to detail. I rarely get my nails done (last time was for my wedding 12 years ago), so it was a fun splurge for me. They had a lot of polish options, but I was surprised to see many of their bottles were just the cheap brands you can pick up at any drugstore. I did have a bit of a hard time understanding him, but I think some of that was his soft-spoken nature combined with the breathing mask he wore. All in all I was happy. Read Less

I was only in town visiting and stopped in hoping to get a seat. When I first walked in I was doubtful. Not very personable. One couldn't speak very good English. But I stuck it out. Pedicure was immaculate and she filed them exactly as I like without asking my preference!  And hands down the best gel manicure I have ever had. Long wait. Including the wait, It took 1hr 45 min to get a French shellac manicure, which doesn't really look at good. My second time here. First was also a long wait. The man who did my nails did a good job and he was fast. They had a lot of great nail polish colors to choose from, but they also had some bottles that look so old they ought to be thrown out. Their prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area. My only complaint is that I was charged $3 extra in addition to my acrylics fill, which has always been an included service anywhere else I've gone in Washington and Alaska. I find that a bit rediculous, because I don't understand who would want their nails to just grow and grow. I will be returning. Read Less
