Jessica did my hair. She was horrible! It took her 6 trys to figure out how to get it up. The curls where too loose. And by the time of the wedding my hair was down and all messed up. They are over priced for poor service and I'm sorry but the bride and mother of the groom also said their hair sucks and walmart would have been better. I just recently moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new salon. I also tried to highlight my own hair failing miserably and made an appointment with Jessica who is amazing! She is friendly, easygoing and was willing to help me get back to a beautiful color. She walked me through the process she was going to do and brought color swatches to discuss and made my appointment a great experience. The salon is clean and inviting and the staff communicates great together and helps one another. If I could give this place no stars I would. I would not recommend this hair salon to anyone. This is not a quality salon. It might look nice on the inside but the quality of hair stylists lacks. The first issue my teenage daughter showed one of the stylists a picture of how she wanted her bangs cut. The stylists did the complete opposite. The second issue with this place is that they claim they love children. CLAIM. However every time I have gone with my son for his hair cut they treat us very poorly. I confronted a stylist about this, asking her why are you making us not feel welcomed? She said the "it's not that". I can see from their work on Facebook that they do good work but my experience wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. I paid for a balayage and it just ended up looking like a flat color. I was in the salon for over 5 hours and an apprentice was mixing color. For 200$ I would prefer the stylist mix the color. At the end they were doing a Malibu before I had ever seen the color. Amber is awesome and pays close attention to details. She took me from almost black to strawberry blonde, to begin my process to ash blonde. She spent so much time making sure my hair looked great and stayed healthy, which is big for me. I also got a keratin treatment from her which helped my frizzy, curly hair feel smoother and easier to manage. I was extremely disappointed with this salon. There was hair on the floor from previous clients (no longer even in the building) the shelves were dirty and the atmosphere was bland at best. If I could give zero stars I would. I was hoping to find a salon to love, but was more disappointed than I have been in any salon. On top of the general feel I also had trouble because I was having kids cuts. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my sons hair cut double checking ...they would/could do so without the use of clippers.During the scheduling, and then check in process I was never informed of there child policy or that they even had one. Having gone on the recommendation of another mother who has brought her children to have cuts, I never would have assumed of the policy. I had to bring my infant with me as well, and even checking in wasn't informed of the policy. During my 2nd sons cut they chose to let me know that I wasn't allowed to have my infant whom I was holding with me, and she made talking noises several times but never cried, never got upset just excited by the lights very happy excited. The way I was informed was being told that others had paid for child care and that I should have as well. which is both tactless and rude. All of this could have been simply avoided if while scheduling or even when I walked in I had been told I'm sorry but our policy doesn't allow children under x age in the salon. I will be reporting to better business burrow. As policies should be posted in plane view and made clear from time of scheduling. I would have been EXTREMELY happy to not come into this salon EVER. I'm sorry that hearing a baby talk is offensive and that you can't tell the difference. I paid $50 to let my kids have a great haircut experience or what should have been trying to show that haircuts are a great thing. I don't take my children to supercuts because they deserve better. On top of everything else they also cut the back of my sons neck by using clippers with no guard. I don't care for the use of clippers at all, but the stylist asked if she could clean up the back of his neck. Now after the fact having gone to the webpage and looked at pricing I was also overcharged. Erica did an amazing job on my hair which is no easy task considering how thick and curly it is. I had no idea what I wanted. She was patient throughout the entire process and explained everything. I love this place! I love when I walk in I feel welcomed. They always offer me coffee or a glass of water when I'm there. The girls are always sharing stories and laughing with each other like a group of sisters. These girls are like mini celebrities but don't even realize it. My hair always looks great no matter who does it and I love the assistants that give the best head massages. I know they have won several awards and they earned them with their hard work and dedication to their customers. Took me a long time to find a proper replacement from my previous stylist but after going to about 6 other places, I came to Bombshells and Jennifer cut my hair better than it had ever been done before. I had Mandy do my makeup for a very special event and I had Miranda do my hair. I have never felt so beautiful in my life. My makeup was flawless, I mean it couldnt have been more perfect! It lasted even until the next morning when I finally washed my face. My hair was done in a blowout style, lots of body and waves. I heard a rumor that Tabatha Coffey had "taken over" this salon and I was curious so I decided to check it out. When I asked my stylist who was also one of the owners (Jennifer) she giggled and told me I just needed to watch the show next season to find out. Ha! I know what that meant! The whole experience was awesome. The blonde girl up front greeted me with a smile and offered me a cup of coffee while I waited for my appointment. After deciding what we would do with my hair, Jennifer's assistant Gwen washed my hair and gave me the most amazing head massage I have ever had. Jennifer gave me an amazing haircut and then her assistant came back and styled my hair for me. I have never been to a salon where an assistant washed and styled my hair but it was really great and I felt like I was really pampered in just the short time I was there. Every girl that I saw smiled at me and one of the girls even stopped and chatted with my while Jennifer cut my hair. I really enjoyed how everyone got along. I went to Bombshells as I was referred by a friend. I asked to work with Tiffany and she pretty much spot on did my hair the color and cut I wanted. Even thinking it wasn't exactly perfect she took more time and added more color to get it "just right". All of the girls in the salon I was in radius of seemed very friendly and down to earth, I feel like there are never any GOOD ratings out there anymore. Give the girls a chance, they're beauty and confidence doesn't mean run out of the salon and write hateful ratings calling them snobby. April the 28th we had a bachorlette party for a friend getting married may 12, 2012 and we picked to have a spa day. I found Bombshell salon on here and just by the photos they had on there wedsite soled me they were all so nice!!! they just couldnt do enough for us they made this day really special for all of us even down to having are own private room with fruit and veg trays and champagne!!! everything was so clean and they style was amazing also the nail did a awsome job she was so nice to talk to and did even better on the nails i will come back to her from now on!! and we all had wonderful massage that made the day even better!!! they also gave a bride and us a little goody bag that we all thought was so nice for them to do,this place was is just an all around awsome place and i cant wait to come back. This place was relaxing and fun. Most of the spas I have been to have had such a snobby atmosphere but not this place. I had never heard of the product line Enjoy that they use, but I will say that I LOVE IT! My color has lasted longer than any other time I have had it done. I am very picky about my red and it is still shiny and vibrant and has barely faded and I just made my appointment to get my roots touched up. Jennifer did my hair and Candy did my eyebrows.
