Decently priced for amazing results and lots of different services. Very clean shop with polite and knowledgeable staff. I got a cut wash and style, and got my mother in law a Swedish massage with tip included it was less than 100$. Can't beat that! Will be back. Read Less

When i get there, I'm stressed out and need a vacation. After a pampering massage (Jessica), facial (Crystal), and a should be a world famous shampoo and straightening style AND foot massage (Melissa). When I leave, I feel like I have had a mini-vacation. Worst hair experience I've ever had. I've contemplated calling but even if I was offered to come back to get fixed I wouldn't. On a plus side they took the haircut off because the color was so awful. I am now having to pay double the price to go elsewhere to get it fixed after paying $200 for orange and white hair. Read Less

I am giving a 3-star review as an average of my 2 services. Melissa did my manicure, and I would give 0 stars. Probably the worst manicure I've ever had, I redid it myself when I got home. It appeared that her multitasking abilities weren't sufficient enough to perform my service and talk ad nauseam about herself. Unfortunately, I now know a ton about her family but my manicure was laughable. She struggled to file my nails to a consistent shape and length. She didn't soak my cuticles, so 1 of them tore once she started working and is super painful today.  My polish kept separating and streaking, and she kept blaming it on the paint and just applying more and more layers. In the end, another stylist redid the paint, all while educating Melissa that if you apply one layer while the prior layer is not dried yet it will pull it off. I don't mind to use someone brand new and fresh out of training (as it appears Melissa was), but this wasn't worth the money. I got a facial from Crystal, and hands down it was the best facial I've EVER had, 5-stars plus! She took the time to discuss my skin issues, she educated me about the products she was using and how I should use them for my skin type and issues, and she was able to answer all of my questions. It was such a relaxing experience and I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed!  I absolutely recommend a facial with Crystal to anyone in the area, it will change your standards of facials!!! I love Aura! Everyone is always so nice and friendly as well as talented. I see Whitney for my hair and she has always given great haircuts, colour and advice. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I went to get a haircut, something I hadn't gotten done in a long time. Cori cut my hair, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, personable,professional, and I walked away really happy with what she did. I have gone to other salons in the area and gotten decent service, but I was really pleased with Cori's work. I didn't go in with a super clear vision, but she listened to what I had envisioned, made good suggestions, and it turned out great. The salon itself is very clean and inviting. Pretty freaken awesome spot, especially since my husband and I got the new client special. We both got the deep tissue massage for the $39.99 an hour (new client special only). Josh and this other girl (cant remember her nane) were remarkable at triggering our tensed up muscles. Mostly our back, shoulders, and neck. you get to disrobe to your comfort level anf the staff are perfecrly courteous and respectful. I strongly encourage this spot! Read Less
