I recommend this shop. Loann does a wonderful job on my wife's nails. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Many other services are available.

They always do an amazing job on my nails, little to no wait time usually, large variety of colors, does everything exactly as asked, and relatively cheap!

Will not recommended this nail salon. I took my daughter in for services I told them exactly what she was suppose to get. When I got back they did something totally different and I asked them why she said well she wanted something else. So I made them do what I told them to do and when I was about to leave she tells me I'm not welcome there anymore because of something they did wrong.

I took my daughter there to get her nails amd feet done I told them exactly what she was suppose to get when I picked her up and we get home she shows me her feet and it was not what I told them so I take her back and ask why it wasn't done like I asked and she couldn't give me an answer and said she would do it right so she fixed it and when I was about to pay her the extra $5 for what was suppose to be done she tells me I'm no longer welcomed in the store which I didn't understand why she told me that because I didn't make a scene I just wanted it to be done with what I asked. I politely told her okay that's fine and left I will never recommend this salon to anyone.

I think everyone at the Nail Spa is amazing- including Marla! I have gone to them for years and never been disappointed. Marla has also done my moms nails for years and she will not go to anyone else....
I think everyone at the Nail Spa is amazing- including Marla! I have gone to them for years and never been disappointed. Marla has also done my moms nails for years and she will not go to anyone else. I would recommend anyone from there- but especially Cathy and Marla- they are the best in town!!

The owner and family at this salon are skilled artists! They operate with courtesy and professionalism. When you make an appointment or visit for a walk-in appointment, be sure to avoid the worker there named "Marla". She is rude and unprofessional! She is the only one that works there that is not a family member. If you can avoid Marla, it's the best nail salon in Chattanooga!

Will not recommended this nail salon. I took my daughter in for services I told them exactly what she was suppose to get. When I got back they did something totally different and I asked them why she said well she wanted something else.
