Just moved to the area and decided to try Lena's Nails after looking through the reviews. It was a wonderful experience, and the nail tech was great. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she quoted me the price, and she got right to removing my old set. She was super gentle with removing the acrylic set I had on, and didn't file my natural nails too much. Overall I'm really happy that she was able to do the two ombre so well, and do the shape I asked for!

I work long hours at the hospital and have to hold pressure (for about 20 min straight) post procedure for my patients. My hands get a serious workout. I started getting into gels a couple weeks ago (I have weak nails and I pick at them...but if they look pretty I won't) I had a super rough day and I was looking for another artist to do my nails. I'm so so soooooo happy I chose Lena's. I was greeted right when I walked in and was shown what colors they had. I chose the manicure deluxe where they exfoliate and massage your arms and hands. My artist was Ana and she was super gentle in her work. She didn't rush my nails and was incredibly OCD about every little detail. The service wasn't as expensive as others in the area and I got amazing results. I will definitely return and I highly recommend them!!!

I've been getting pedicures for at least 15 years and this was the best pedicure I've ever had. They take their time on you and don't just rush through. I will definitely continue to come back.

I have been having my nails done here for years. I have gotten lots of compliments on my nails. Walk in are welcome and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes.

This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding, tried to take off my shellac with the cuticle trimmers and then by using a file (I had to ask her multiple times not to do that), used a razor on my feet and then didn't even trim my nails. I was so flabbergasted I couldn't even speak. This was the first time I almost walked out in the middle of a procedure. Both mine and my daughters nails are already chipped 2 days later and lots of money down the drain. Stay away!!

Just moved to the area and desperately needed a mani/pedi. I had read the reviews on here so I decided to give it a try! I was a little reluctant when I first pulled up, but it was definitely a five star manicure and pedicure! I am a nurse and wash my hands 5000x times a day so my shellac manicures never last the two weeks they say they will, but this one definitely has! Also, the gentleman that started my pedicure did such an amazing job and really took his time. Everyone was very pleasant and it was a very nice calm atmosphere. And I love the fact that it was all only $55, I can't wait to go back this week!

I just moved to Hixson and needed a new nail salon. Saw the great reviews and decided to try it out. It wasn't too busy when I went, they were very polite and had good prices. I got a full set and a basic pedicure, it took probably 2 hours which is a little longer than I'm used to but i'm not complaining as the pedicure came with a very nice massage. Will go back

This was by far the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding, tried to take off my shellac with the cuticle trimmers and then by using a file (I had to ask her multiple times not to do that), used a razor on my feet and then didn't even trim my nails. I was so flabbergasted I couldn't even speak. This was the first time I almost walked out in the middle of a procedure. I was a little reluctant when I first pulled up, but it was definitely a five star manicure and pedicure!
