I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and waited 40 minutes before I finally decided to leave. I was never introduced to my stylist, no one ever told me how much longer I might wait or even offered me a drink (water). Made an appointment for an acrylic fill and was very pleased with the outcome! My nail tech (I think her name was Maly) was great. The actual acrylic wasn't too thick and she did not nick me at all. Total plus tip came to about $25...but was worth it for the service received! Read Less

My friend and I went to this nail salon and we really liked it! The staff was very friendly and did a great job on our nails. I'm not from the area, but I know she'll go back. They also have a punch card system so after you've gotten your nails done 10 times, you get 15% off your service. We thought this was a nice reward system for someone who gets their nails done often. We are visiting Chattanooga for the weekend from a town near Atlanta, GA. I had some extra time so I decided to go get a pedicure. This salon is in the Coolidge Park area, so finding parking (and paying for it) took some time. The salon is nicely decorated & I really liked their pedicure chairs. They were comfy, offered massage & had a cute foot basin with sparkles in it, which I've never seen before. The lady that did my pedicure did a good job. I felt they were a bit overpriced. A regular pedicure was $35 plus tip. Near my house, they charge $20 for the same pedicure. It's a rather small facility, with only 5-6 pedi chairs available. I'm a big of a nail snob- been getting my nails done for 20 years.  As a business woman it's part of my routine.  This salon is close to where I live and I have them a try and so glad I did!!!  Vient, one of the owners, was wonderful.  Usually it's a chore for me- and this experiment was anything but... I loved my first and not last experience here. The workers are all so friendly, they offered complimentary wine/water/coffee/soda. They had the most comfortable massage chairs for relaxing while enjoying my pedicure. They made sure to keep us entertained and talking, as well as telling us about the other different services they offer. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I got a gel mani and pedi. It's stronger and lasts longer. The results were perfect. The guy especially took care and took his time to do the massage and cleaning. The nail salon just opened and the place looks AMAZING. It's urban chic. I told them I had frail hands, so they took extra care of removing cuticles, cleansing and applying lotion and oils, and drying. The staff is excellent with taking care of their customers. Read Less

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I feel terrible because they guy that did my nails was nice, but AWFUL nail service! My nails are deformed. One of them is bigger than the other, they are SO thick  and he even cut me when I told him I hated them. Needless to say I left half way through the appointment and I'm going somewhere else. Very nice salon with really talented people! When you want a hairstyle that is modern and makes you look and feel great this is the place to go. I especially like their Blow dry bar on Gunbarrel road as it is closer for me than going downtown. The prices vary from stylist to stylist - I think- you can call and check this out. I am a new resident to Chattanooga and I am very particular about who colors my hair. I saw that Stacy specialized in coloring blonde hair, and I thought I would give her a try. I'm so happy I did, because she did a fabulous job! The color turned out beautifully and looks very natural! She also did a wonderful trimming my hair.
