I very much enjoyed my visit to Center MedSpa! I called the day before my appointment, and they were able to schedule a last minute massage. Upon my arrival, the receptionist gave me a quick tour of the facility. I was extremely impressed. I was given a locker for my belongings and changed into a robe. My massage therapist, Victoria, greeted me and guided me to the massage room. She was both professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling sooo relaxed! I will definitely have to make another visit next time I'm in Chattanooga!

I went to Center Medspa for the first time today. It was a wonderful experience! First, I had a pedicure done by their nail technician, Amy. Amy was fantastic! Without going into a lot of detail, I will just say that I (barely) had one funky big toe nail! She completely reconstructed my toenail! It was impressive! I left with a beautiful, normal looking pedicure. I was no longer ashamed of my feet. She was also so nice about it! She worked very hard.
Next, I had my eyebrows waxed by Nikki, and she was also super friendly! She asked questions to make sure that I was happy with her work, and even gave me tips on how to fill in my brows since I am a beginner. When you lay down on her table, it is so warm and soft. Completely relaxing!
Do yourself a favor and go see them! Thank you!

Actually, It's Judy, not Jim. He's perfect already!
So here I am now, all moved down to Cookeville where there are PLENTY of spas and medspas, But will I go to them? Nope. I am a firm believer that upon finding perfection, you should have the good sense to stay where you are. As long as I can drive to Chattanooga, which will now be about thirty miles farther than the previous two and a half hours, I will treat myself to the capable and caring hands of people I have trusted for years, and will know that I shall come home happy!

This past weekend I dropped by Center MedSpa for my first ever manicure and pedicure. I highly recommend my technician Amy Malm. I'm new to the mani-pedi, but I can tell she is an expert at what she does and I'm sold on the benefits of regular pedicures. I also appreciated how enthusiastic she was in answering all my first-timer questions—"what is that for", "what does this product do", "why is the water blue", etc. This was also my first time getting a service at Center MedSpa and, though I've been to a couple other spas in town, I really like how spacious the facilities and rooms are here. It's just one factor that sets them apart. I can't wait to go back and try a facial.

Several of us came into town for a wedding. At the last minute we decided to have a "spa day. ". One of us called and they could not have been more accommodating. They sent us a menu of services and arranged for all of us (6) to get what we wished for at about the same time. The girls were wonderful and experts in their field. My hour long pedicure was just perfect! Victoria gave me a wonderful massage and I highly recommend her. The facility was clean and nicely decorated and served nice little snacks and drinks. It was a lovely day at a lovely place and I think all would be very happy there.

Upon entering you are instantly greeted. The customer service here is a cut above the rest. I would have to agree with one of the other comments, I expected to receive attention to my lower back and did not receive that. There was no conversation about my target area prior starting my session. My masseuse did a great job, but did not address lower back which is completely different from any massage services that I receive in Atlanta. If I were ever in town and in need of another massage, I would try this place again but would go with another masseuse.

I've received top quality service every visit. Amy is the best nail technician in town. She is concerned about the health of your nails along with the looks. I have received 2 facials from Daisy- both times I saw a difference in the mirror when I got home. She is also good at knowing what your skin needs. Lisa provides a deep tissue massage that isn't the typical painful experience- she is able to release hardcore knots without the discomfort.I highly recommend all 3- they are the best in town!

All the therapist are very well trained and knowledgeable about everything from a sore back to skin care. My favorite therapist are Mandy, Victoria and Daisy. They all take the time to listen to me complain about my skin or how sore my neck is and they actually care about their clients. The spa Boutique has everything from amazing skin care products to great gift ideas such as candles, jewelry or cute clutches. Overall a 💯! Can't wait to schedule my next massage or facial!!!

I've been going to Center MedSpa for well over a year for massage therapy with Kelly. I started off with extreme back issues and PT and acupuncture was not giving me the results I needed. Kelly is a true healer and with her expertise I've been able to ween myself off pain medications and learn how to keep my back and body in good shape in between massages. I will never go anywhere else for a massage. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is friendly and helpful. All around wonderful place.

I also appreciated how enthusiastic she was in answering all my first-timer questions--"what is that for", "what does this product do", "why is the water blue", etc. This was also my first time getting a service at Center MedSpa and, though I've been to a couple other spas in town, I really like how spacious the facilities and rooms are here. It's just one factor that sets them apart. I can't wait to go back and try a facial.

Several of us came into town for a wedding. At the last minute we decided to have a "spa day. ". One of us called and they could not have been more accommodating. They sent us a menu of services and arranged for all of us (6) to get what we wished for at about the same time. The girls were wonderful and experts in their field. My hour long pedicure was just perfect! Victoria gave me a wonderful massage and I highly recommend her. The facility was clean and nicely decorated and served nice little snacks and drinks. It was a lovely day at a lovely place and I think all would be very happy there.

Upon entering you are instantly greeted. The customer service here is a cut above the rest. I would have to agree with one of the other comments, I expected to receive attention to my lower back and did not receive that. There was no conversation about my target area prior starting my session. My masseuse did a great job, but did not address lower back which is completely different from any massage services that I receive in Atlanta. If I were ever in town and in need of another massage, I would try this place again but would go with another masseuse.

I've received top quality service every visit. Amy is the best nail technician in town. She is concerned about the health of your nails along with the looks. I have received 2 facials from Daisy- both times I saw a difference in the mirror when I got home. She is also good at knowing what your skin needs. Lisa provides a deep tissue massage that isn't the typical painful experience- she is able to release hardcore knots without the discomfort.I highly recommend all 3- they are the best in town!

All the therapist are very well trained and knowledgeable about everything from a sore back to skin care. My favorite therapist are Mandy, Victoria and Daisy. They all take the time to listen to me complain about my skin or how sore my neck is and they actually care about their clients. The spa Boutique has everything from amazing skin care products to great gift ideas such as candles, jewelry or cute clutches. Overall a 💯! Can't wait to schedule my next massage or facial!!!

I've been going to Center MedSpa for well over a year for massage therapy with Kelly. I started off with extreme back issues and PT and acupuncture was not giving me the results I needed. Kelly is a true healer and with her expertise I've been able to ween myself off pain medications and learn how to keep my back and body in good shape in between massages. I will never go anywhere else for a massage. The atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is friendly and helpful. All around wonderful place.
