I was not satisfied with the pedicure. The reason why I went in the first place was to get rid of the calluses I got from walking many miles on hard pavement. For what they charge, I should have been satisfied. The technician barely spent time on trying to remove them. I'll look for another nail shop who can do the job. Amy was great! The experience was amazing and also very relaxing. I got a manicure and pedicure done and even though they were busy they took their time and did a thorough and excellent job. My fiancee got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics; she says that they do the best job in Chattanooga and has never had her nails messed up. I've been coming to Amy's for at least 10 years. The staff is always friendly and Lan is phenomenal with her nail art. She even knows the difference between an Alabama A and an Atlanta Braves A! Any offers many choices on nails and a variety of other services including facials, waxing, lashes lengthened and permanent makeup (I did the eyeliner). I have never had a problem with amy s until today. I went in for a fill in and some nail repair. I sat down and a woman began doing my nails. She cut them far to short and didn't do a very good job on the acrylic. They look like bubble nails and she didnt even clean up the excess polish and left trimmings all over the underside of my nails. And when I went to dry them the polish shriveled up and now it looks like plastic wrap nails. I paid $21 for a nails that look like a 12 year old did them. Not happy at all. Read Less

I have been lookin for Nail Place that can do the Camo Nails and after a long long long search I came across this Fabulous place it is relaxing and has a totally amazing vibe. I consistently have a wonderful experience each time I visit Amy's. Andi is my go-to gal and she always does and amazing job on my nails and toes. Her attention to detail is so reliable that I never have to worry about whether things will be done correctly. I can just kick back, relax and catch-up on what's new with life. Her professionalism when it comes to my mani/pedi is further complimented by her personality and vested interest in my life outside of the salon. And if Andi were not available, I know that any one of the other employees there are just as impressive and capable. Having lived in several large cities all around the US, I can definitely say that I've found something special at Amy's. When you walk in, you don't just feel like you're in a standard nail salon, you feel like you've just stopped by to spend time with good friends who just happen to be really great at doing nails. Amy is great! Their whole staff is super friendly and they really take care of their customers. They have some very unique products, too, like the nail dips that look like gel paint, but give your nails the strength of acrylic without the damage. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience of my life! First of all i had to walk bare foot after my pedicure to the manicure table THEN the dude who did my nails (nike) had an attitude and grabbed my hands really rough , it took him AN HOUR AND A HALF to do my fill! And he messed it up! I had to sit there another 30 minutes for TWO girls to fix it. They charged me $55 and the lady said I needed to tip all 3 ppl who worked on my nails ! So I spent 3 hours for a pedicure and a fill and spent a grand total of $70!!!!!! Nobody told me sorry or offered a discount . I hate this place and ill never ever ever ever be back. Read Less

Can you imagine receiving a bill for double the going rate for gel nails? I have had gel nails done in other salons and knew what the standard charge was. However, today I stopped at a nail place and asked for gel nails. I asked for no additional services. The bill came to $97.00!!!!! This is outrageous. I will NEVER go back. What a rip off. Read Less
