I came here on a Saturday afternoon and had no wait. Major plus in my book. I love being a walk in and having fast service. The decor is tranquil and warm with deep Browns and neutrals. They don't have a tv which adds to the tranquility but they do play amazing music. Think Sam Smith and Adele so very nice and a few people were even humming lol but not me.I asked for a gel manicure and was seated immediately. My old gel was removed and I was given a proper manicure. Proper cuticle removal is of the utmost for me since mine grown quickly and no problems here. I've had my nails done a couple of times there they did decent job. However, 'lifted' after a week and told they were guaranteed 1 week. So I got appt with manager. I've been going to this place for years, with previous owner. I was excited to use 1 of my gift cards for a pedi, since my pregnancy has limited me from doing my own toes now. I get them done regularly in the summer, either myself or at a salon. I walked in saying I had a gift card to use up. No one askef me for it, or looked at it in my hand... My neighbor comes here and gets her nails done and absolutely loves it! They last well and look fabulous, So I thought I would give it a try. I tried this place two years ago when I first moved to the area and had a horrible experience. Five of my nails broke off within the first week. Visited here for first time. Bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. While back there, saw into their break area. Dirty dishes, nail tools, all laying around where they were repackaging "sanitized" tools. Unfortunately I saw this after my service. Won't be coming back! Read Less

This is an awesome place and they did an excellent job in my nails and my pedi. First of all if you come here the moment you enter the place you won't smell the strong chemical odor unlike the other nail salon I'd been too. Their toilet is clean and the place is clean too and very very pleasant athmosphere. I will keep coming back here because of how they took care of their customer and their very excellent attitude. Came here for the first time yesterday and I think it's safe to say this might be my new go to. I love the atmosphere and the techs really took their time. They were all really helpful. I went with my mother in law (soon to be) and her sister and they made everyones nails look super. Chandra is awesome. They also do lash extensions so I'm excited to try that out too. I got the pedi in a box and it was awesome! The only complaint I have is that they give you wine in a champagne glass and only serve you one glass. If I'm getting the pedi in a box AND a manicure I think 2 glasses is totally acceptable, in real glasses. I was there for 2 and a half hours so would've liked a 2nd glass. Read Less

Very bad experienced. I am a regular customer here. Last Thursday night,  I went to get my brows and lip wax that I regularly get every two to three weeks. The guy who did it must be new and not trained well. I wonder why the pain did not subside around my mouth after few hours and the area was still very red! The following morning I woke up and some skin around my mouth got really burnt or scratched it looked like it got ripped. Picture will be uploaded about this. A picture I took the following morning. I have had nothing but great treatment at Zen Nails. I tried the SNS nails a month ago and was amazed! Tom did a fabulous job. ..so amazing that even after a full month, I did not have a single chip. I had the polish removed after enjoying it a full month...and I only removed it because my nails had grown so much---otherwise I would have kept it on. I had Tom remove it...and it literally slid off, and I was thrilled to see that my natural nails looked great. I am sold on SNS, and have already made an appointment to have it again in a few weeks! What a huge disappointment this place is! I read the reviews and thought I would try it out. I was greeted and told to pick out my color for a mani/pedi. I waited a few minutes, no problem, was escorted to a pedi chair where I waited for an hour with no service. I asked why it was taking so long and was told I didn't have an appointment and there were people coming in with appointments.  HELLO!  Couldn't you have told me that the wait would be at least 30 minutes or more.  I asked for more hat water for my feel while I was waiting, "oh sure," she turned on the water, (mind you my feel looked like prunes), and then walked away...not even checking the temperature. That was it, I said, it's COLD. "Oh, I am sorry."  At least sound genuine.  I said, forgot it, I am leaving. What an UNPROFESSIONAL establishment.  NEVER, will I go back. Read Less

I had previously visited this salon when it had different owners. It wasn't a great experience but with the new owners, I decided to give this place a shot. It was amazing!!! I went once with a friend to get a regular manicure and they did a great job, very minimal chipping after a week which is great for a manicure. I have a desk job with a lot of typing so I can be pretty hard on my nails. I have also been for a shellac manicure. The woman did an excellent job. She was super particular and made sure the polish was on perfectly and the right shade that I wanted. She did a great job at filing and cuticle work. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't had any chips or peeling! Reasonably priced and great location. Definitely would recommend to anyone searching for a new spot. Read Less

I took my wife and daughter here for some special treatment and that is exactly what they got. The owner was so kind and caring for my family and took care of them as they were her own. The place is super clean, has a relaxing environment and best of all has good prices. The nail work was great, my daughter felt like a princess! Wonderful experience this morning at Social Grace! They were very busy because of the upcoming holiday but my wait was only 5 minutes for a pedicure chair. Modern spa-like facility with great massaging chairs. I like that there was no TV that I had to listen to, much more relaxing than some nail places I've been. I didn't have a manicure, but their set-up tor those is sitting up at a bar rather than individual tables which I thought was nice (especially for the Mother/Daughter pairs that were there). Michael did an wonderful job on my Deluxe Pedicure--I have to admit there's just nothing like a large mans hands when it comes to the leg massage part. Will definitely return--Thanks Social Grace! It's funny that this place is called Social Grace, because I feel they were dishonest with me at my last visit. They always charge $40 for a mani/pedi and will tell you this if you call and ask. Yet, when I tried to use an $8 coupon, I was told that the price was actually $48, and $40 was a special price. This is very sneaky and a really poor first impression to new customers, to magically change the price when a discount is involved. Additionally, the person who gave me the manicure cut my nails unevenly. On the bright side, you can walk in and be seated immediately, the massage chairs are nice, the basic pedicure includes a scrub, and they have a nice selection of colors.
