I am very pleased with my eyebrows! I am very particular about my eyebrows and I have been in Nashville for about a year and it has been extremely challenging to find a good threader. I read the reviews on yelp and decided to give them a try. I like for my eyebrows to be thick and nicely shaped. The threader actually listened to my requests and kept them nice and thick and well shaped! As warned there prices can be high, spending more than $12 for eyebrows is crazy where I'm from, but they have some deal and discounts. I used there online deal for first time eyebrow so it was only $10. I was so happy with how my eyebrows turned out I purchased a 5 appointment package that charges $12 per visit instead of the $20. The reason for 4 stars is  I made an appointment online requesting Adele stating I was flexible with days and willingly to changes days to match her availability. They responded to my request and confirmed my appointment. However, when I showed up to my appointment, my request for Adele was ignored and I had another threader. But the threader still did an amazing job! Read Less

After spending an absurd amount of time and money here during my first appointment, I went back for a follow up and the owner acted like she never saw me before in her life. This was after I waited 25 min past my appt time. She did a great job on my hair and the girl at the front desk is awesome. But the overall customer service is subpar and I felt very uncomfortable. If you don't mind being just a number or your stylist taking personal phone calls the whole time, then it might be the place for you. Read Less

Once I got home, I realized half my eyebrow was taken off. I didn't notice it in the salon because she used make-up to cover it. I said specifically to leave my eyebrows thick and long as they were, just to clean them up on the top and bottom. One eyebrow is trimmed all the way back to the middle of my eye and it is VERY noticeable. My eyebrows are so far apart it's embarrassing. I am very upset. I explained to them over the phone and when I got there that I had bad experiences before and I didn't want this to be one as well. The lady barely listed to me and threaded them like she wanted to. The other reviews are so accurate - if you don't care about customer service then go here. I do care about customer service. The girl working the front desk was SO nice. She told me about what to expect and filled out a little form for me to discuss my brows with the threader. The only issue? The threader took it from her, led me back, and literally NEVER asked me about how I wanted my brows. She made a comment about how long they were and I tried to explain that I'd been using a growth serum and wanted to change the shape. She literally ignored me and started threading. I was terrified she threaded my entire brow off. Thankfully, she didn't. And they look fine. But I'm never going back. Oh wait! Forgot to mention that it was crazy in there - workers (owners?) entire families were running around, backpacks were a trip hazard, it was loud and obnoxious. Read Less

I had a terrible experience the last time I was here. One person behind the counter put a note in the system and assured me that I was eligible for a eye brow promotion. However when I returned for my eye brow service a different guy was behind the counter and confirmed that he saw the note in the system for the promotion but told me he was not going to honor it because I wasn't technically a new customer. Even though it was notated under my name. He was so rude about it and said he wasn't going to get himself in trouble... WHAT??? Whatever happened to honoring your word to keep a customers business? Neatness to say I will NEVER return here and will not recommend others.Glad there are other Salons in Nashville that value integrity and hasn't lost sight on customer satisfaction. The first time I went Adele did a wonderful job at the brow threading. The 2nd time a different girl, who never even spoke to me, botched my eyebrows. I mean literally a chunk is missing and she covered it with eyebrow pencil. My eyebrows now start at different places and you can definitely tell by looking. And the other one is noticeably thinner than the other. I called to get her name to ensure I would never get her again and the man at the front desk never even apologized. He just said he would put it on my profile. So currently I am having to shop for eyebrow pencils. If I did not buy a package, I would never go back. When I do go back, after they finally grow out, I will ask for Adele. Read Less

If you don't care about customer service, this is the place to go. This was my second visit - the first one was a walk in where I waited over an hour to get a 10-minute brow threading. I was never offered the $59 package for first-time clients at my initial threading, but saw it on the website before I scheduled my second appointment. When I told the guy at checkout (I assume he's an owner or manager), he said they offer that package to all new clients and that "none of the bull$#!+ coming out of your mouth is true"I was shocked and needless to say - will not be returning. It's too bad because the two threaders I've had did a great job. I'm sure they will try to refute this, but check out the comments about customer service for west end location and I'm clearly not the only one who has been treated poorly here. Read Less
