The person who did my nails did it too fast and the application was over all lumpy. I got gel nails and it's super lumpy looking and my nails are not shaped the same way. Very disappointing I read the reviews and I wasn't satisfied walking out. Read Less

Came here for the first time and got a regular pedicure and manicure. It was amazing! Michael did a great job and was so personable and enjoyable to talk to. The salon is very clean and up to date. I am extremely picky with my nails. Every nail salon I've gone to, there's always something I find wrong or I get cut. The nail tech did a great job on my Pedicure and was very detailed. I really enjoyed my relaxing time here and definitely would come back! Read Less

My tech couldn't have been trained for what she did. She painted my nails without washing away all the products she used. She didn't paint the sides of my nails, focusing on one side more than the other. When I showed her what she missed, her corrections looked like my four year old did it. She didn't get cottom ball fibers out of the way before painting so it was under the polish. Never going back. Read Less

Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very friendly staff. O got the Orvelle pedicure and loved the soy candle wax massage. It's been nearly 2 weeks and my feet still fantastic and polish looks great!! I highly recommend them and will be back to get my nails done this week. Read Less

This salon does a pretty darn good job. I haven't had a bad experience. They really take their time on their pedis and don't skimp on the massage part (isn't that why everyone gets a pedi anyways??). Salon is pretty clean. My only complaint would be they are always soooo busy. There is always a wait and it isn't like 5 mins. I think if they had more staffing this could be fixed. However, I'm ok with waiting bc I know I'll get a great mani/pedi. Plus, always nice of them to offer you something to drink. Just please add more staffing and all would be happy here! Read Less

This is my favorite salon. Everyone who works here pays attention to the smallest details, and my nails ALWAYS look fierce after coming here. They'll take you even when they are busy and you are a walk-in, and they won't spend any less time on you. All the staff are great, but my favorite techs are Tina and Tien. They do acrylics and put the effort into shaping your nail top and bottom with the grinder. They also always double check to make sure I like the shape of the end of my nails- and I am picky about my squovals.They are fair and never rip you off or upswll you what you don't want. Gel manicure. Cheap and terrible. She cut my nails too short, shaped them poorly and the paint job was sloppy. Despite my feedback throughout the process, service did not improve. Large portions of my nails are missing polish. On two of my nails, she covered my fingers in gel top coat which resulted in bubbles of gel on my nails and my fingers were basically glued to the side of those nails. I am losing my mind trying to find a good nail salon!I saw all the good reviews for this place and went after work. I asked for a full set of gel nails and got acrylic nails with gel polish. When I first got there, they sat me down immediately which was great. My manicurist got started and another woman walked in. A gentleman walked to the front and immediately asked if she'd like something to drink... water... tea. I was a little ticked that no one had offered me anything and still didn't offer after hearing him offer someone else.Then as my manicurist was filing the acrylics, she was pushing too hard with the nail file and she caused a huge papercut like gash on the side on my finger, in the part where my nail meets my skin. It was horribly painful and then it happened again on 2 other fingers! They are bleeding, will post a pic of this. When I mentioned it, she told me to stop focusing on the pain.Also, I asked for rounded natural looking nails and I got pointy Klohe Kardashian looking nails. Had to spend 45 mins after I got home filing them down to a more natural shape.Needless to say, I will not be going back and I'll be advising all of my friends and coworkers to avoid this place. I got the Orvelle package pedicure, it was fantastic! Best pedicure of my life. My boyfriend and I were walk ins, we were greeted right away. He got the Deluxe package, his feet have never before been so smooth. The hot rocks and soy candle massage was amazing. My feet and legs are in heaven. Very clean facility (I'm a nurse, I would know). They even offered drinks at the start of the pedicure. Highly recommend! Read Less
