I love this nail salon, the prices are good, they do a great job and the staff is friendly. Nails that would normally last me two weeks I've been able to stretch to a month. The nail salon is clean and they have a great selection of colors for polish, gel polish and dip! I tried this place at the suggestion of a friend that goes to Cindy there. Well, she didn't tell me that Cindy was her preferred nail tech. The first three visits (serviced by various techs) were fine but the most recent two were disappointing. I went in on last Saturday and felt I got a rushed (gel mani) job. The rushed job was confirmed when the index finger nail peeled off and broke Saturday night while zipping my skirt. The thumb and left hand also had gel lifting on 2 nails. I went back in on Monday evening only to have both hands redone and worse than they were before. I now have thick huge lumps on the tips of my nails. It went from too thin gel coating to too thick. I almost went back to show them just how bad it was. But I don't think they really care about repeat business at this location. 3 stars given because the first three visits were satisfactory. First and last time going to this place.It wasn't until after they finished with my appointment did I find out they were charging me an extra 10 dollars because I went from the dip gel to regular gel on my nails. If I would have known before they started I would have gotten dip again. They should have stated that from the start. I will definitely be sticking with Spring nails in cool springs! Read Less

If I could give 0 stars I would, and that is very unfortunate, as I have been going to Dolce for 3+ years now with no issues until today.  I get acrylic nails and have for years (well before Dolce).  I am religious in getting my nails done - I get them done every 10-14 days.  Today I went to get my standard fill and was informed that the lady who did my nails the last time left old acrylic on there and it caused fungus to build on two nails.  I was extremely upset and completely shocked.  I asked why they would not have replaced the old acryIic when that is what I am paying for each time.  The only answer I received was that they were sorry and they would be upset as well.  I spend $25 - 45 each time to ensure my nails are taken care of - not caused harm.  Needless to say, I will not go back to Dolce ever again.  This should not be something that happens when nails are taken care of on a regular basis. I have been here several times, though I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon than I did at this one this past week. I had an appointment, and when I got there I waited for what seemed like nearly 45 minutes to be taken to a technician. The technician that I had was very rough and the experience of the manicure was painful. Not only that, but I got the gel manicure 3 days ago and it's already chipped off in several places. I've been looking for a nail place to become a "regular" at, Dolce is pretty close to my home so of course I thought I'd give them a try. I usually am a manicure/pedicure girl but today was just a manicure day for a special event coming up for the weekend. I called for an appointment, of course over the phone they were great but the moment I got there I regretted it. It took them a while to awkwardly greet me when when I was actually seated the girl made me feel like I was a burden on her??? She rushed through my nails, sat me at a dryer and never came back to tell me I'm done? I left the salon about 3 hours ago and now have a dent in my polish because it didn't dry enough. Love this place ! Only had one bad experience where my gel nails started peeling so bad after 1 week that they literally were able to peel them off , but they fixed em free of charge ! And when you get a mani here they guarantee 2 weeks fix ups free of charge ! Which is awesome ! Ask for Cindy she's da bomb heheh:) I love the pedis they're so reasonably priced only 30 and 35 for upgrade to hot wax pedi which is my fav ! Needless to say these guys have been in the game for a while and know what they are doing and how to fix any mistakes! I have been a frequent customer for well over a year. I went in there tonight and was advised that they are booked and I should have made an appointment and I was turned away service. First off, I have never had to make an appointment before, in over a year. Very reasonable price for just gel on my hands which was $15 (not the full mani service). My nail tech, Caitlyn, was so sweet and very easy to talk to. Two weeks later and my polish is still on strong. I went back the next day to get my toes done with Caitlyn again. I wanted to just get the gel off and add regular polish to them. She did some scrubbing here and there on my callouses, but not the full shebang (which is what I asked for). The service ended up being more than anticipated, but maybe I'm just not too familiar on how the pricing works. I'll have to clarify next time. The polish is still strong on my toes, tho. I sipped on my wine while waiting to get my toes done and utilized the massage chair. It got a little uncomfortable when it was getting tight around my butt and hips, but there didn't seem to be an option to make it stop. I sucked it up for the time being. I didn't have great phone service while in there, but it definitely could've just been Sprint being spotty. Asking for the wifi next time! Read Less

I well never go here again. Every time I go there's a long wait but this isn't what I have an issue with. It's the fact no one says anything about how long it well take, at least to me. Today was the final straw. I had been there at least ten mins. No one was waiting. Another customer walked in after me and after a few mins, a lady who worked here told him (ignored me) that it would be over an hour wait. I sure wish they had told me!!
