Everything was great at first, however after a few more times I was sadly disappointed with the work that was done on my nails. I also referred several people here as well and unfortunately they were not happy with how their nails were shaped/shellac peelings and/or easily broken nails came within the 1st 3 days. I had left a great review but now I had to edit this rating with up to date information to warn others not to waste their hard earned money here. They also charged me for gel nails when I got acrylic nails several times. Becareful of what you pay if you do decide to go. The prices they charge would be ok if only the quality of the work was on point but its not. Read Less

Always go here to get my nails done and they take walk-ins. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because they tend to be very slow (lots of waiting around) but once they are working on your nails everything is perfect. Read Less

Horrible pedicure!! Nice facility. I went a few weeks ago for the first time. I didn't realize how bad my pedicure was until I was in the sunlight walking to my car. I would have demanded a re-do at that time but I was in a hurry. It's was a guy that did my pedicure. The trim job was AWFUL and uneven. The polish was applied tacky. He really didn't massage my legs or feet. I get my feet done all the time and keep them well maintained so he really didn't have to do more than a get shape up and polish. Read Less

I love the atmosphere and the area is really clean and bright.  The staff is really nice, and they did a good enough job.  However, the reason for the 3-star review is their tipping policy - so it was $45 for mani/pedi, and I tried to tip $12 on the card, at which point their iPad told me that this tip was too low for their technicians, and I needed to enter another amount.  Are you serious?  It wouldn't even let me tip $12, the system said this was too low and try again.  So I cancelled and tipped in cash, but it was embarrassing and unnecessary.  I don't think I'll go back because of this. Horrible pedicure! They were rushing and did not remove all of the polish from my previous nail job, so I had to ask for it to be removed 2 times. In addition, the nail tech did a horrible job of scrubbing my feet and when I asked him to do it again he got mad and scrubbed the top my feet and ankles leaving a scratch mark that started bleeding on my ankle. I asked to speak to the manager Kenny, and he took up for his nail tech even after he saw how I was bleeding on my upper ankle. Also, the massage that is supposed to go along with the pedicure lasted 15 seconds on each leg. Yes, I did time it. And finally, they advertise that they serve complimentary beverages but they don't ask everyone if they want one. Only the regular customers. Worst experience of my life. they cut my cuticles and the side of my toe while they were giving me a pedicure it's been three days and it still hurts when I put a shoe on. Just because they serve wine and have a nice looking shop does not mean they give good service. do not be fooled. The woman owner was very rude to me when I told her my finger was bleeding(she was the one that cut my cuticle). She asked me why I excepted the service if I wasn't happy but it's kind of hard to get up in the middle of somebody drilling on your nails. Read Less

My nails were not painted completely and she nipped me on my thumb. I should not see my nail as soon as I get my nails polished. My pedicure polish was horrific. I've never gone back for someone to fix it but you could clearly see different heights in the polish so I had to. For $50 my polish should look like a magazine. I had a schedule that was messed up because she had to redo the polish. The shop looks nice and the massage chairs were great. The nail tech was friendly and professional but the work is not good. Went in to get a polish change. Tina took the polish off and told me to wash my hands. She decided that my real nails under the acrylic weren't white enough and preceded to drill over half of my real nails away. And then her and lady in charge argued with me saying that it needed cleaning and that she didn't mess them up. I didn't ask for it and surely will never return. They are so not worth the hype. They both put me completely at ease and gave me beautiful lashes for my destination wedding and they lasted for the whole two weeks for my holiday after too. I drive from Arlington to Kenny's since the opening. If Kenny himself doesn't provide the service I DO NOT WANT IT. The last 3 times has been HORRIBLE! I asked for medium length nails the first technician gave me short. I asked for Judy instead, waited for her, told her I wanted the same length, shape and color I get EVERYTIME. Rough, nails uneven and no care at all. I simply paid and left without polish. Kenny arrived walked past me and spoke to several other customers and did not ask what was the problem. Looks are deceiving. I walked in and it appeared as though only one person was in front of me waiting. I waited 40 minutes for a chair. When I was put in a pedicure chair, I realized none of the ladies on my side of the room had been taken care of. So I had at least 4 pedicures in front of me. I understand places will be busy on Saturday mornings and I don't mind waiting, but please let me know that it will be a long wait. Read Less

Waited 1 hr 35 minutes just to get to a pedi chair and another 30 minutes to start the pedicure. Had to leave before I could get a manicure. Was there 3 hours.. Severely understaffed. Got the deluxe pedi. It was ok but not $60 worth. Can't say for sure if I will give it another try. I know i won't go back if they don't have enough staff. Read Less

To start the young nail tech that did my nails was rough with my pedicure and then didn't know how to do dip so I had to switch technicians to the man that has the extra finger. I contacted them to let them know when I left that my dipping powder that's supposed to last 3-4 weeks had chipped and my toe nail polish had chipped (they put too many coats so it was thick). They wanted me to come in to "fix it" despite he fact I was leaving for a flight at 4am that next morning. I told them I trusted them to make my nails look good before I left and they failed. I received no response. In addition, they charged several "extras" that would be included at any normal nail shop. Several other things happened but the main issue is the time I spent here and money I spent only to leave with chipped and broken nails because they rushed.
