Went in to have my nails done normally where I go they stay on a couple weeks and still look great so I was expecting the same the first time here. The color started getting weird clear coat spots not sure what was wrong so I looked over it and assumed it was something with the color . So went back a second time hoping if I did something different then the previous it would turn out better. So went in they got straight to me no wait it took 2 1/2 hours then when they was done It looked good but was the opposite color i picked out so i looked over the time it took and wrong color . Not 48 hours the entire top part of my nail came off and the fake nail is still glued on so its obvious i did not break it . I paid $55 and that was pretty expensive for 48 hours .

I have been going to lava nails since May every two weeks to get my nails redone. They always did a good job until my last visit. I have received a different person each time, and they always do the same thing and try to make conversation also. The last guy who is usually at table 4 did not. Typically I’m asked how short I want my nails and how I want them done. When I walked in I had a picture of what I wanted done or similar to it. Plus I wanted my nails shorter. He did not ask and did not do half of what the other nail technicians did.

I use to love going here but now I will never go back they are the rudest people ever tried to have a girls day with my mom and my cousin for my birthday and he was getting loud with me because they couldn’t get all three of us at the same time we didn’t care to sit there and soak our feet till someone was available but apparently he wasn’t having it and neither was I and we left

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. My friend and I spent $70 a piece here to get our nails done. It hasn’t even been two weeks and all of her nails have fallen off and three of mine have broke off and it was excruciating! I called to talk to the manager or WHOEVER it was because they didn’t even give me there name, and they told me I can come back in and I have to pay to get them fixed!!!! IM A STAY AT HOME PREGNANT WOMAN. I DONT DO ANYTHING STRENUOUS FOR THEM TO BREAK OFF SO PAINFULLY!!!! They told me it was my fault and that I should have been more careful, and that no they weren’t going to fix or refund me. My fingers are in so much pain it’s ridiculous. I REPEAT, NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, YELL AT YOU, AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have been going to Lava Nail and Spa for several years and they are the best in Athens, Tn. They are very professional and courteous. The nail salon is very clean. My nails always look great! Plus, I get my eyebrows waxed there and they always do a great job on them. I am really glad we have such a nice nail salon in Athens. Thank-you to Amy and her wonderful staff for always taking such great care of me!

Not worth the money. They obviously don't like their jobs. I can find a place who does.

Went in to have my nails done normally where I go they stay on a couple weeks and still look great so I was expecting the same the first time here. The color started getting weird clear coat spots not sure what was wrong so I looked over it and assumed it was something with the color . So went back a second time hoping if I did something different then the previous it would turn out better. So went in they got straight to me no wait it took 2 1/2 hours then when they was done It looked good but was the opposite color i picked out so i looked over the time it took and wrong color . Not 48 hours the entire top part of my nail came off and the fake nail is still glued on so its obvious i did not break it . I paid $55 and that was pretty expensive for 48 hours .

I have been going to lava nails since May every two weeks to get my nails redone. They always did a good job until my last visit. I have received a different person each time, and they always do the same thing and try to make conversation also. The last guy who is usually at table 4 did not. I have been going to Lava Nail and Spa for several years and they are the best in Athens, Tn. They are very professional and courteous. The nail salon is very clean. My nails always look great! Plus, I get my eyebrows waxed there and they always do a great job on them. I am really glad we have such a nice nail salon in Athens.
