I had my real nails painted with gel polish. I have big gaps on a couple nails like they have grown out, and the gel is peeling off. I've only had them done for four days. I paid $20 with the hopes the gel would last longer, but that's not going to be the case. That was my first time going there and I definitely will not return.

Terrible. The man started working on me and then left me to work on a walk in so she wouldn't leave. When I was drying my hands he came up to check if they were dry and one was messed up he just threw...
Terrible. The man started working on me and then left me to work on a walk in so she wouldn't leave. When I was drying my hands he came up to check if they were dry and one was messed up he just threw some clear over all the splotches and said it was fine. I Ended up leaving because I had to go to work and I paid full price because I didn't want to argue. I left with multiple nails messed up. Went back the next day to try to get them fixed because one had already broke by the 2nd day of having them. The lady that fixed it said the man had done them too thin and was in a hurry. Now two more of my nails have broke by the 3rd day of having my set on.

Only gave 1 star because I had to give at least one. Took my daughter, signed in then waited then they took 2 women in front of us. I finally just left. I don't know what to say about that other than ...
Only gave 1 star because I had to give at least one. Took my daughter, signed in then waited then they took 2 women in front of us. I finally just left. I don't know what to say about that other than that's unacceptable. They gladly took my business at next salon I went to

The man was very rude and didn't speak. He asked if I wanted my tips short and I said yes. He cut them until the skin under my nails showed and now they are ...
Worse nail salon I've been to in my life.
The man was very rude and didn't speak. He asked if I wanted my tips short and I said yes. He cut them until the skin under my nails showed and now they are tender. He seem to be in a rush and was very aggressive and continuted hurt my fingers. When I told him my finger was burning he said "okay" and continued. I went back to complain and try to get some kind of refund after my fingers still hurt after an hour.
He got mad when the other worker lady gave me half of my money back and he grabbed the money out of my mom's hands. Then he told me to he was going to take off my nail polish. When I told him no, he grabbed my arm and tried to pull me to his table to take off my polish!!! He is lucky I didn't call the cops after he put his hands on me.
Very aggressive. Very rude.

My experience use to to be so wonderful and I loved this place. But unfortunately the man got lazy.
First off, you must use a CLEAN, BRAND NEW, nail file. He used one in me that looked like it was used in everyone he ever saw in his career.
Second, I use to always get long nails. Long and pointy are my favorite. I asked for this and he said it will be extra for long and extra for pointy. Since when??? He told me it was "too hard" and "took too long".
Third, this one makes me super mad. I'm making this post on a Monday, I just got my nails done Saturday. Now on Monday 2 of my nails have already chipped half way off. And the color is chipping away. I would be okay with this if it was my 3rd refill. Not my first full set of the year.
Last, As of being there I smudged my nail but I didn't make a big deal or even ask for a redo. I let it go but once I got in the sunlight there was bubbles all in my nails. I walked back in and asked for a repaint. He insisted I caused it and so did the older lady there. He did repaint them but quickly and angrily.
Overall I use to be super happy about this place, but I will not be back over my experience the past time.

I had my real nails painted with gel polish. I have big gaps on a couple nails like they have grown out, and the gel is peeling off. I've only had them done for four days. I paid $20 with the hopes the gel would last longer, but that's not going to be the case. That was my first time going there and I definitely will not return.

Terrible. The man started working on me and then left me to work on a walk in so she wouldn't leave. When I was drying my hands he came up to check if they were dry and one was messed up he just threw some clear over all the splotches and said it was fine. The man was very rude and didn't speak. He asked if I wanted my tips short and I said yes. He cut them until the skin under my nails showed and now they are tender. He seem to be in a rush and was very aggressive and continuted hurt my fingers. When I told him my finger was burning he said "okay" and continued. First off, you must use a CLEAN, BRAND NEW, nail file. He used one in me that looked like it was used in everyone he ever saw in his career.
