I went there once and it was terrible. I thought I would try again. Never again. First, it's nasty. The floors are fixtures are obviously not cleaned. The chairs are old and in bad condition. But worse is that they are not happy people. They are very condescending and hateful. The man was terrible. He made me soak my nails in pure acetone for 20 minutes. He left 2 of my nails with old gel on them. Rough treatment. Never ever again.

Horrible experience. The eyebrow lady screamed at someone on the phone during my entire visit. Never greeted or even acknowledged me in any way other than pointing. I won't be back.

I want to rate as 1 but wife was nice so I will rate 2 stars. I am new to the state and searching for a new salon. Going here was a mistake; as when I asked the older male (husband to please remove the polish from my cuticles, he replied that he makes it clear that he does it his way and that he tells people that if they don't like it they can go somewhere else). He also told me to go to his wife's chair after my pedicure without putting shoes on and pointed out that the chair was right there.I am African American and have never met this type of service at any salon in any state in over 30 years of going to salons. I' m not sure if it was my race and very surprised that there is no other such reviews. Certainly he should know we are both minorities.I have found a great salon.

I went there once and it was terrible. I thought I would try again. Never again. First, it's nasty. The floors are fixtures are obviously not cleaned. The chairs are old and in bad condition. But worse is that they are not happy people. They are very condescending and hateful. The man was terrible. He made me soak my nails in pure acetone for 20 minutes.
