I would give 0 stars if possible. More than one terrible experience here and will never return. The customer service is a joke. Got a pedicure on one occasion and their towels to wrap your legs with were so hot i was burned. One tech in general is the rudest woman i have ever met. She becomes upset if you ask for anything she doesn’t feel like doing, and if you contradict what she suggests for you, hold on tight because she’ll continue on and be as rough as she can on your nails and cuticles and give you the worst nail set of your life. Also becomes upset with you if you decline her repetitive suggestive selling. If you ask for a cut down or reshape, they will argue your nails are lifting or chipping, want to charge you for a removal and then a brand new set. And don’t look around too much while your in there or you’ll see several unsanitary practices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Read Less

They get a zero in customer service. My nails turned brown and cracked. I wanted white gel polish on gel nails. They charged me $45 . The next day my nails started cracking and turning a brownish color. I went back in to see if she would just paint them a different color but she wanted to charge me again saying white does that. She did not tell me that the day I got them done. I will never go back there again. So rude. Read Less

First of all, this Davi nails is in the Walmart, NOT in the shopping center across the street as indicated on google maps!Secondly, I had a great experience at this nail salon! I was driving into Athens after a 6-7 hour drive. I was exhausted and had planned to chill out with a pedicure as soon as I got into town, but was cutting it close time wise. It was 7:05ish and I called every other place and they were closed, except here! at 7:15 I frantically drove around the shopping center lot that Google took me to, seeing nothing. I called them and they redirected me. When I rolled up at 7:30 and asked if it was too late for a pedicure, they were very polite and said 'no', and got me set up right away. They actually had 2 or 3 other clients at the time, and received a few others after I sat down. I didn't feel rushed at all. They have massage chairs (the most important aspect of a pedicure, IMO) and they were very polite, never once making obvious looks of judgement or witty remarks in vietnamese (would I have known?) on my prickly hairy legs. I mean, it wasn't the most AMAZING PEDICURE EVAR, but it was good. I think he messed up my toe in one spot but who cares--I wasn't there for perfect toes; I was there to sit down and relax, and I did. Also, free water bottles, folks. I'm not hard to please. I would give a 0% if I could. I literally have gaps in my nails, cracks and chips in my toes. He messed up everything . It was in total 60$ . For that kind of money I expect service. They aren't friendly at all, I regret ever going there. They are literally bad at everything that do. He cut my finger, and left my nails really sore. Never go there, too expensive and crappy service. They also don't even have there prices posted. So they probably decide the prices randomly. It's rediculous. Read Less

SCAM!!!!! My 1st visit I had no problems,showed them a picture of what I wanted and agreed on what it would cost and I was satisfied, but my 2nd visit, I showed them what I wanted, agreed on a price and when I went to check out they told me it would be $5 more??? I was told because it took them " EXTRA TIME" to perform the service?? So, I paid the extra $. This was my 3rd visit to Davi Nails and after speaking with Sandy, we agreed on a price for my nails & toes. They began with my toes and asked what color I wanted? I told them the colors in the picture of the design I showed you. They started to pic out the colors and when I wanted the shades lighter not darker then they started telling me "I charge you more for more than 2 colors"? I said, NO, we already agreed on a price, you saw the picture with all of the colors and you agreed to perform the service I wanted for a price and I will not pay more. They began yelling at me and told me to get out. They never finished ANY service on me, made me pay half of what I was quoted or they would call the police!!!!! They also banned me from returning to them.( well they don't need to worry about that!) I paid and left. I later found out that if you pay for a service with the Visa/Debit and the service was not performed, the bank will reverse the charges. I am posting this because I'm sure this has happened to many others whom have had a service performed with them. It is ILLEGAL for them to quote one price and then change it when you pay, unless YOU changed what you wanted done. These type of nail places use the fact that there is a language barrier and try to tell us that we did not hear them correctly!! IF THIS EVER HAPPENS TO YOU, STOP AND REFUSE TO PAY THEM MORE!!!! Clean nice facility, but service was terrible. I was bringing wedding party, tried calling a month ahead to make appt., they don't take them that far, tried 2 weeks ahead, no deal, finally let me make appt. on Monday before Friday. We arrived to a busy salon, and they didn't have us on the schedule! Looked, and found it on Saturday! ARGH! Then they would hardly communicate. Wouldn't let us know what they were going to do. We only had a small window before wedding rehearsal. 3 girls had to go to another salon. Water for foot bath was cold. I would not go back to this salon, even tho they did a nice job, since service was so horrible. Read Less
