Hey so I went here on a Saturday Evening, just wanting to relax and get a full set. Bear with me, I'm typing this with achingly burned cuticles. I have come here a few times in the past with all of my visits being subpar, but I live in Arlington and didn't want to make a trip into town. I walked in, at 6:15, being fully aware that they close at 7. I sat in a chair, waiting to be helped until 6:52, when a woman walked over and started on my nails. Everything seemed alright for a while, until a girl no older than 10 (her daughter maybe?) came over and sat down directly next to me with no more than six inches of space between us. She sat there, through the whole experience, breathing down my neck (even touching my wet nail polish as it was being applied). When the manicurist began to shape my nails, I had a reference picture to show her of how I wanted them, and she said she didn't want to see it yet. So I let her keep working, and a few minutes later, she started putting the polish on. I told her to stop, becuase she hadn't shaped them yet. She then got mad at ME, because I hadn't told her, and she told me she was going to charge me an extra five dollars for not telling her a simple question she was supposed to ask me. The customer. Once she began to go back and reshape the nails, she wouldn't listen to me and when I asked for them to be short and round, she made them long and pointy and lopsided and crooked. After this whole ordeal, she charged me 28 dollars for something that should have cost 20 and I was rushed out of the store and I didn't have a chance to dry them. I can confidently say I won't be returning anytime soon. Read Less
