I found Ann’s Nails in an ad on youtube. I admired this place. The way they greeted me make me feel pampered. They made a marvellous composition on my nail. They did a work with sterilize equipment. I've been looking for a nail salon that will be my regular go to place and Ann’s Nails is that place.It's safe to say that I found my designated nail salon ! I think Ann’s Nails in Arlington is the place to treat yourself. It's completely different from any others. They were so polite when they greeted me. They gave me the best manicure ever. Friendly and welcoming service. I came here last weekend for the first time. Good thing that I tried at this place. Friendly service with great nail care. Which is among the best manicures I've had. Place is clean, organized and friendly atmosphere. I felt so relaxed while I was being pampered. I never got so many compliments on my nails before until I went to Ann's Nails!! The first time I went here (right before Christmas) the service was good, the wait was long but that was to be expected since it was during the holidays. I got mani/pedi and SNS powder nails, which was done very well! The second time I went back 4 weeks later and the service was terrible. I came in for the same service which was decent. I came in around 10-10:30 am and left at 12:00pm. After my pedicure I didn't put my shoes on until 2:00pm when I left home for the day, when I returned that evening and took my shoes off the polish was messed up on multiple toes. I went back, they agreed to fix it but could remember what color had been chosen for my feet so I ended up choosing another similar color that was lighter and matched my nails better. She then charges me an additional $10! She made no mention that having the color would incur an additional charge before I selected the color, but I paid anyway waited for my nails to dry and then left. Now after a week I got the SNS dip powder nails and spending now $93 the nails are lifting and look horrible! They look like acrylic that is lifting up! You can tell it wasn't done properly. My sister has had her SNS nails for 3 weeks and they look soooo much better than mines that's only been on 1 week!!!!! Will be finding another nail shop to spend my money in! Ridiculous! Read Less

The girl was super sweet and gave me a deluxe pedicure. Everyone at this spa is friendly and chipper. Sunday morning is a perfect time to come! Great customer service at very reasonable prices. Open 7 days a week with perfect hours. I've gone to more expensive and exclusive places and either they were no better or not as good. Royal nail Spa is steady busy but almost always have been able to squeeze me in when I'm a walk-in. Don, Cindy, and the rest of the crew do a wonderful job.
