I went in for a mani pedi, an older gentleman is who I got stuck with. First he cut the side of my foot with the loofah & didn’t even acknowledge he did so. I had powder nails so he started soaking them while he was doing my toes. He used almost a whole bottle of acetone because half of it was dripping in my lap or in the tub where my feet were soaking. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing because he still had to use the drill to get them off. He destroyed my beautiful healthy nails. They looked terrible, lumpy & thick! I have been to several places for manicures in Maryville, but none compare to the service I receive at Regal Nails Salon & Spa. I am always treated like I am part of their family here. As a mom who has a overly dramatic life (haha, who doesn't?!), it's so nice to take an hour for myself and just relax. Not only does Hoai Tu (Maggie) always listen to me vent and never complain, Tuan always makes me laugh. They provide excellent service that keep me and my family coming back! This was the first time I had gone here and it was fantastic I had a gel polish done and the gentleman who did it was the best I had two nails that had a crack in them and he fixed them By far the best gel I have ever had I also had an upper lip wax and the woman who did it was fantastic as well Perfection Everyone there was friendly and the salon is clean and bright I will be going here from now on!! If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Long story short they charged me $45 and practically all my nails are crooked and 3 different people had to work on my nails which is completely ridiculous. Plus a man who was super rough and not good at shaping nails made them all crooked. Thanks for nothing but poor quality work. Read Less
