This place has horrible customer service. My daughter went there to get her nails done. She waited over an hour before they started on her nails. Once they were finished she had her nails drying under the machine and the lady hit the table causing her nails to hit the top of the machine that was drying her nails. It completely ruined her nail polish. She immediately brought it to the their attention and asked for them to repaint her nails. The lady told her she was sorry that they could not help her because they were closing then walked away.

Acrylic nails are way over my cuticle. Older lady doesn't know what she is doing. It took like 2 hours for acrylic nails. The lady that supposedly knows how to do anything wasn't there? According to other reviews she is never there. Horrible horrible experience I do not recommend

Took my wife here to get her nails done and my wife wanted a full manicure with fake nails but that's not what they did. The only thing they done was file them down a bit and put polish on them and it only took about 15 minutes. After they was done I asked how much and she said $30. I was confused bc that was not worth $30, may $10-$15. They seriously over priced my wife for something she could've easily done herself. I just took her here to get a full manicure with fake nails but left with just a polished job. Not worth it. Very disappointed in this place. Will not come back.

I will Never go here again. They do not know how to do the dipping process! The one girl is allergic, the older lady doesn’t have a clue!!! The other lady was out with the flu. I should have walked out!! The older lady did a horrible job and charged me 45.00. No I did not tip her. She took 2 hours and they were running and had blobs!! She was insisting I put tips on and then cut my natural nails too short!! I flat said NO. Then she said oh I put the wrong top coat. Redid that and now they are peeling. Just be honest and tell the client they can’t do the service!!

So I go in there to have 5 acrylic nails repaired ($3 each), and since there's only one employee at the time who knows how to do acrylics, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to finish someone else's nails. I finally started getting my nails worked on, only for my hands to get jerked around and my thumbs almost broken. He was rushing as if he had people waiting. I was the only customer in there at the time! And the end results are awful! The nails are thick at the ends, two of them are crooked, and the acrylic feels very weak and cheap. Also this is one of the dirtiest salons I've been to. I don't recommend this salon unless you wanna waste money. If you're going to get acrylics I recommend driving a little farther out to ViNa Nails near west town mall. They're VERY welcoming, patient, and make sure the work they do is not slacking.

This place was incredible! My heroes. I was on my way to the airport with a broken nail that had been snagging everything. I popped in here and they fixed my nail in less than 15 minutes with drying time. Amazing service. Highly recommend this place.

I have had several French manicures here and they have lasted 3-4 weeks each time. One lasted five weeks no kidding and my nails grew so long I ended up cutting the white tips off and still had nails...
I have had several French manicures here and they have lasted 3-4 weeks each time. One lasted five weeks no kidding and my nails grew so long I ended up cutting the white tips off and still had nails left! I enjoy having my nails look nice but don't enjoy getting them done. It is a pleasant experience but also Efficient there so you can get hands and toes done without spending the entire day. Highly recommended!

Do not waste your money, I just had a French mani with gel and it was not a nice job, I had to return after 2 days because 2 nails had chipped, they fixed for free, now on day 5 and 4 more nails have chipped! What a ripoff! Plus it cos $55 and they didn't even give a hand massage.

This place has horrible customer service. My daughter went there to get her nails done. She waited over an hour before they started on her nails. Once they were finished she had her nails drying under the machine and the lady hit the table causing her nails to hit the top of the machine that was drying her nails. It completely ruined her nail polish. She immediately brought it to the their attention and asked for them to repaint her nails. The lady told her she was sorry that they could not help her because they were closing then walked away.

Took my wife here to get her nails done and my wife wanted a full manicure with fake nails but that's not what they did. The only thing they done was file them down a bit and put polish on them and it only took about 15 minutes. After they was done I asked how much and she said $30. I was confused bc that was not worth $30, may $10-$15. They seriously over priced my wife for something she could've easily done herself. I just took her here to get a full manicure with fake nails but left with just a polished job. Not worth it. Very disappointed in this place. Will not come back.

I should have walked out!! The older lady did a horrible job and charged me 45.00. No I did not tip her. She took 2 hours and they were running and had blobs!! So I go in there to have 5 acrylic nails repaired ($3 each), and since there's only one employee at the time who knows how to do acrylics, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to finish someone else's nails. I finally started getting my nails worked on, only for my hands to get jerked around and my thumbs almost broken. He was rushing as if he had people waiting. I was the only customer in there at the time! And the end results are awful! The nails are thick at the ends, two of them are crooked, and the acrylic feels very weak and cheap. Also this is one of the dirtiest salons I've been to. I don't recommend this salon unless you wanna waste money. If you're going to get acrylics I recommend driving a little farther out to ViNa Nails near west town mall. They're VERY welcoming, patient, and make sure the work they do is not slacking.
