Overall, good experience :) they need to update a few of their materials, such as the UV light nail dryers, but otherwise they took great care to make sure each nail looked nice!

Great to find a stylist that is very personal and makes things super easy. Pennie was so nice and listened to what I wanted done w my hair. My full highlight came out so pretty!

I went and got a mani & pedi and had such a nice time. Penelope was so very nice and very artistic. I'm loving my nails. If you are looking for a wonderful salon this is the place to go. I had the pleasure of meeting her daughter Olivia and she showed me some of the pictures that she took and she has a great eye just like my DeAnna! Olivia was such a beautiful talented young lady just like her mom. Her shop is so nice, you would really need to go check it out to see for yourself! I will definitely be going back there.

Cut the nail to short, made it bleed and said oh no not good. Then while he was trying make it quit bleed he had no gloves on so the bloody cotton ball is touching his fingers. Didn't wash hands betwe...
Cut the nail to short, made it bleed and said oh no not good. Then while he was trying make it quit bleed he had no gloves on so the bloody cotton ball is touching his fingers. Didn't wash hands between pedicures or setting up another station. Did not properly wash pedicure tools between clients. While my feet were soaking he removed the liner from the basin next to me but nothing more to clean the pedicure tub or foot holder.
Will not go back. Horrible first time experience in this facility. Its was also very quick

I was a walk-in and had never been here before. I grabbed a shellac (but didn't realize it) but they asked if that was what I wanted to make sure I knew it would cost more (which I just thought was very honest). I didn't want that because I'm cheap and hard on my feet so I very much appreciated the honesty because it saved me $15! I've been other places where they would've just done it without asking. Anyway, the service was great and quality was too!

Kim always does such a great job. I am tough on my nails and the quality of her work lasts. I get them done monthly with acrylics covered in shellac.

Was not impressed with the service I received. I could have done a better job at my pedicure, as they didn't even paint my entire nails on some toes. My acrylic nails are uneven, have specks of black inside of the tips and the clear polish is not covering all of the nails. Definitely do not need to come back.

Had an appointment for our wedding party (5 gals) for 11 am on a Friday morning. The appointments were confirmed by phone and everything. We got there and waited an hour while another wedding party was attended to. I have no idea why they got priority or why they were taking so long. No apologies from the staff at all. Do yourself a favor and do like we did--go across the street to Pro Nails. We called, got in immediately there, had amazing and courteous service. Out in 45 minutes.

I was a walk-in and had never been here before. I grabbed a shellac (but didn't realize it) but they asked if that was what I wanted to make sure I knew it would cost more (which I just thought was very honest). I didn't want that because I'm cheap and hard on my feet so I very much appreciated the honesty because it saved me $15! I've been other places where they would've just done it without asking. Was not impressed with the service I received. I could have done a better job at my pedicure, as they didn't even paint my entire nails on some toes. My acrylic nails are uneven, have specks of black inside of the tips and the clear polish is not covering all of the nails. Definitely do not need to come back.
