I live in Clayton and I will not go back to this place. I spent $70 for me and my daughter to get our nails done. We both got gel polish and a few days later the polish started to peel off. We went back to get them fixed. Just as we were leaving my daughters nails that was just fixed started to peel again. I took her back in and the guy that works there fixed those nails and did a good job. I thought we would be good after that. NOPE!! Later that day my daughters other nail t...hat the 1st person fixed that day started to peel. A few days after my nails were fixed the same nails are peeling and an additional nail. You can literally see chunks of my nails with no polish. I was going to go back but I don’t have time or patience to keep going back to the nail salon. This coming Monday will be 2 weeks since we originally got our nails done and I would normally wait 3 weeks to get refill. But since our nail polish look so bad we will need to go sooner somewhere else out of town. It may be CHEAP POLISH. Waste of money. I could have kept the $20 I spent on our gel polish and got regular polish. See More

Went in 2 days ago to get my full set filled. I'd never been there but happened to be on that part of town with some time to spare so I tried it out. I was impressed with the speed at which she did my nails but walked out less than impressed. Here we are 2 days later & one nail has already lifted off. All the other edges are lifted & cracking because the polish was over my cuticle. Also there are grooves & air bubbles in nearly all of them. Love the color but not impressed with paying $35 for such poor quality.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. It’s clean and a great place to get pedis. I never have to wait and they super good at helping you figure out what you want to get done.

Decent job on my full set. But my daughter's mani and pedi came off that night. Also very rude to have a conversation in your own language in front of customers. Will not go back.

Love this place. Staff is friendly. They always do an amazing job. I started getting the dip powder and absolutely love it. My nails aren't thin and peeling like they were with the gel polish.

Took my bridal party there. They were amazing blocked it off for us and got us all in and out and made the experience fun. Even took care of my pedicure as a gift. Highly recommend.

When I went in for my friend to get my nails done work her wedding the gal doing my nails was super side. Also was very aggressive on my hands leaving cuts on a majority of my fingers. When I pointed out that the acrylic was too thick in parts the manacurist got irritated with me and said it was suposto be thick (No it's not) than when I was going to pay noticed that 3 of my fingers had glitter in them. When I told the gal she told me to use a needle and puncture my nails to remove. (That's not how you fix a nail.) Not to mention over priced for such low quality. My friend had the owner do her nails because the girl who started them kept messing up and making them worse strongly disrecamend. If you wanna save some money and get really good work and quality DONT go here!

I have been going to down town nails since they were in Franklinville. Followed them to Clayton. Never had any issues until the new owner took over. I started getting the dip powder polish. The first time there was fine one of the girls in the back did them. After that the 2 times after the new owner ken has done them. Each time my nails have fell off. The polish chips. This very last time, I went got a fill, not even 4 days later a nail popped off. He only glues the fake nail the dips it. He doesn't do any of the other steps. I went in for it to be fixed, he laughed at me. Then the next day I lost another nail. All my nails are lifting and breaking. I will not be returning do to the new owner. It's a shame because when Marcus was the owner I never had issues with anyone doing my nails. They all took pride in their work!

Well.. the people that work here are really nice, but I got a gel manicure and in the middle of it the gel formed lumps in it and the lady doing my nails just scraped some of the soft parts off and went over it again with gel. Without fully removing it and starting over, you can imagine what a sloppy mess this was. She wouldn't take it off and start over, so I just let it go. That night, some of the lumpy parts cracked and came off. I called them and they will not give me a refund, she wants to "fix" it. This is terrible service.

I will NEVER come back again . I got a pedi and shellac . It cost me 60.00 and the service was awful. No one could speak understandable English.The one that did my pedi complained about the Dr visit she just returned from the entire time and one was speaking thru a mask and got rude when asked to repeat herself. She also talked on her cell phone th e entire time she did my nails arguing with a bill collector. Horrible customer service.

I live in Clayton and I will not go back to this place. I spent $70 for me and my daughter to get our nails done. We both got gel polish and a few days later the polish started to peel off. We went back to get them fixed. Just as we were leaving my daughters nails that was just fixed started to peel again. I took her back in and the guy that works there fixed those nails and did a good job. I thought we would be good after that. NOPE!! Went in 2 days ago to get my full set filled. I'd never been there but happened to be on that part of town with some time to spare so I tried it out. I was impressed with the speed at which she did my nails but walked out less than impressed. Here we are 2 days later & one nail has already lifted off. When I went in for my friend to get my nails done work her wedding the gal doing my nails was super side. Also was very aggressive on my hands leaving cuts on a majority of my fingers. Well.. the people that work here are really nice, but I got a gel manicure and in the middle of it the gel formed lumps in it and the lady doing my nails just scraped some of the soft parts off and went over it again with gel. Without fully removing it and starting over, you can imagine what a sloppy mess this was. She wouldn't take it off and start over, so I just let it go. That night, some of the lumpy parts cracked and came off. I called them and they will not give me a refund, she wants to "fix" it. This is terrible service.

I will NEVER come back again . I got a pedi and shellac . It cost me 60.00 and the service was awful. No one could speak understandable English.The one that did my pedi complained about the Dr visit she just returned from the entire time and one was speaking thru a mask and got rude when asked to repeat herself. She also talked on her cell phone th e entire time she did my nails arguing with a bill collector. Horrible customer service.
