Went to my appointment for a massage only to find out that they let a regular just walk in and take it. Then they actually said I should come back another time. Even tried bribing me with a gift card because they clearly knew it was messed up. I had to find a baby sitter to watch my kids so I could get some me time and these ladies thought it was better to treat their walk in regular with the customer service I deserved. I'm so upset iim in tears. The one time I wanted to do something for myself. I was so impressed from the moment I walked into the salon with the customer service from all of the employees, but Carly truly took to the time to listen to what I really wanted, as well as, explaining her opinion. She then walked me through the steps she was going to take to style my hair. Needed a last minute haircut and they were able to squeeze me in! Veronica was great and did a fantastic job! We have also had to use a few times last minute when our daughter has gotten a hold of scissors and decided she was a trained stylist both times they were able to get us in within an hour of us calling and they were able to fix her hair using some neat tricks without having to cut an extreme amount off! After nine years with my stylist, whom I trusted to the point that I would walk in and just say, “Do whatever; just make my hair pretty,” I moved to a new state, and was forced to try someone new. Let me just say, I almost cried when it was done because I LOVE MY HAIR. Kasya knows what she’s doing without a doubt. She put my mind and ease and then she completely delivered. I had a massage with Anna Kiepke and she is hands down the best massage therapist! I've had back issues my whole adult life, and she can definitely help me with her deep tissue massages. Went in for a color treatment she brought out the color I loved and wanted and like she said being platinum blonde will be a process which I do believe it takes time. This studio houses some of THE most talented stylists/cosmetologists I'm aware of. Personally, I've been getting my hair cut here for years now and due to a recent hair transplant surgery my stylist and I had to collaboratively figure out how we were to navigate the process of regrowth. Initially she cut my hair in a way that you could barely even see the scar only weeks after the surgery had taken place. Since then, with every haircut I get she has not only made it look outstanding she also emphasizes the importance of proper maintenance through products she's not just trying to sell me but that actually keep your hair healthy.
