Worst nail salon service I have ever experienced. I made reservations for 3 friends and I to get a full set at 6:00. People that came in after we got there got to get their nails done before my friends and I. We didn't even begin to get our's done until 7:30. I asked for a "coffin" shape on my full set acrylics, and the shape they gave me was more like a short, messy "almond" shape. Horrible experience. Read Less

Every single time I come to this nail salon, they do a fantastic job! From greeting you at the door to when you walk out with a fresh mani/pedi. They’re very conversational, and are always asking you if you like how your nails are turning out during the process to make sure you love what you’re paying for. I will never go anywhere else! I left with the worst nails I've ever had. I stood at the counter wishing I didn't have to fork over my money. The owner did them in such a hurry. The shape is terrible. The paint job is a mess. They are all different lengths. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never go back. Read Less

Fabulous!Originally from SF but now a resident of NY, I'm always surprised at how fast things pop up here. Looked at the last place I got my nails done but they were full. Found Simply on Google with good reviews. I needed a mani/pedi and fortunately it was a weekday so they were able to take me right away. Tam was amazing! She is very talented and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. We had a lovely conversation too, she's so sweet!Prices are reasonable. I stumbled on this nail salon when I was in that area for something else. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of it, and how they did things. My nails turned out amazing! I took both of my daughters the next time I went and we've all had great outcomes. My sister, cousin, and I walked in on a Monday around 1pm for three pedis. I first noticed how spacious the salon was and I loved that! We all sat down in our chairs and got comfortable. A lady sat down and started on me first. She didn't say hello or anything. She rushed through the steps and swatted my legs to tell me she wanted them back in the water. I was so disappointed in her work as the entire pedi was maybe 15 minutes. About five minutes into my pedi my sister's guy walked out of the back room wearing a shirt and sweatpants and looked incredibly grumpy and unhappy. He sat down and didn't say a word to my sister. Once again, it was a very fast pedi with poor service. After another ten minutes another man came and started on our cousin. He was very nice and treated her very well! It was her first pedi and she enjoyed it so much. She said her massage was fantastic. As we were all sitting, a few ladies walked in at different times. Not one of them were acknowledged until they had to ask how long it would be and what service they wanted. All three staff members answered the guests shortly and sounded annoyed. It was very awkward as we felt bad for the ladies who were walking in. If we would have had the same experience in the beginning, we would have walked out and went somewhere else. It could be that the workers were stressed since there were only three of them in the salon and there were more than a few people waiting to get in, I'm not sure. It was probably the worst experience I've had at a nail place and I really don't think I'd ever go back to that location again. As a walk-in they got me in and out fast, but as a frequent gel nail consumer I can tell that my new gel set is lack luster compared to other stores.  Super friendly and nice, but didn't put enough care into my nails so I wouldn't go back to spend the money again. Read Less

My first shellac manicure here has great. The second time the same person was not available so I had someone else and it wasn't good, and didn;t last. I went back for one more try. This person had a terrible time getting the old shellac off, and did an AWFUL job. I complained about my right hand, and she "fixed" it but it wasn't much better. I travel a lot so it's always a challenge to find a good b ail salon. I have been here so far 1 hour and 45 minutes. Of that time 30 minutes on toes, 5 on eyebrows, and 15 so far on nails. I keep getting g put on hold on my nails so they can start on someone else. In this time two others have had mani and penis and have left that came in after me. Not all the nail polish on my nails were removed before fill. Big pet peeve of mine. THE Shellac Better NOT Come Off IN A Week Or So (I'm Use To It LASTING A month). I will never be back if it does. I'm very pleased with the service and pedicure I got here. The chairs are awesome and massage your back . It took a long time to be done but I was ok with that. As soon as a place was available they sat us in a chair. I didn't care that it took a while to for them to get to me and my friend because the water was warm and chairs where comfortable.
