Terrible experience. First of all I scheduled 10 of my coworkers to have a pedicure done together but 7 other people walked in so then we could not all have pedicures together like we scheduled. Also, once we all got our pedicures done we realized that one of my coworkers toes started to bleed on how rough they worked on her feet. I went in there a few months ago for a pedicure I had slightly ingrown toe nails and asked the girl who was doing my nails to cut them out. At first everything seemed great that's until 2-3 weeks later I noticed my toes were starting to hurt and puss, well sure enough I got severely ingrown toe nails on both of my nails. There are three aspects that I am rating. The first is how treated me, how they did prepping the nails and the final result. I had a friend recommend this place and had her take me in. They were as friendly as they could be given the language barrier. Prep is where they lost a star. The nail technician used a very abrasive file on my natural nail and filed in a scrubbing motion. You are NEVER supposed to use such an abrasive file on natural nails nor that scrubbing motion. Nails should be filed in only one direction with at max a medium grit. Also, the abrasive file cut my skin. Youch! The dremal used against my skin hurt my cuticle but that wasn't too bad. It only stung slightly when cleaned with alcohol. Absolutely terrible... They did not listen to what we wanted... My sister and mother and I all went in for a girls day to get Manis and pedis and we picked different blues for our toes and we all got the same color we also wanted design on our toes swirls to be exact and we got just a line... When they where doing our nails my mom wanted color and she got french tip I wanted jelled and they just did regular and french tip! Which is not what I asked for!! I had some time between doctor appointments and called and they fit me right in! I had a Felix pedicure and gel nail manicure. The ladies were really nice and I enjoyed my mani/pedi they turned out great and I will be back with my sister in law next time we come up for shopping! Read Less

Whenever I'm in town Royal Nails is my go to nail salon. I always have the same lady although I am not sure of her name. She does amazing shellac manicures! I've never been so impressed. They are clean and all the staff is very friendly. I wish I could find a nail salon this high quality where I live. Read Less

I asked to get a French manicure with regular nail polish. They asked me if I wanted shellac and I said no. They did a good job, however put shellac on. At the front counter, she charged me $35. I used my debit card and did not receive a receipt. Looking at my bank statement, they ended up over-charging me $47. A friend got a pedicure, and asked for jewels. They charger her an extra $7 just for that. The other girls and me will never be going back. Read Less

First off, I had to wait over 20 minutes to even get seated, and I had an appointment. One lady walked in after I had gotten there, no appointment, and still got in before me. Second, I picked out a light pink for my nails, and the woman told me that it would look bad and told me to pick a different color. I got a full set, and while shaping my nails she refused to shape them the way I wanted, and so they ended up a legit circle shape. She also rolled her eyes when I asked her to cut them shorter. came in with my boyfriend's mother around a friday at noon time for a simple mani-pedi. they have a good selection of colors, and the inside is very, very clean. they have massage chairs for the pedicures, and three or four tables dedicated for manicures. our time was really relaxing, and the ladies were really nice. two mani-pedis plus tip cost $80 Read Less
