Dropped off my Mother for an appointment. She sat for 10 minutes before one woman who was playing on her cell phone asked some guy to help her. The guy who was cleaning and also on his cell phone said it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind neither of these two were doing anything productive like helping the only customer in the establishment at that time. After 20 minutes a third gal came out from the back, never acknowledged my Mother was even there just simply sat down, and began playing on her cell phone as well. Needless to say my Mother walked out and went to Royal Nails. They were busy but got her right in and did a very good job. The employees at Quality Nails care more about their cell phones than they do about helping anyone.

They did a full acrylic set on me and my friend for 65$, even gave us 5$ off for the wait since they had accidentally double booked us with another woman. Friendly service with good turn out on the nails. Also affordable. Acrylic sets start at 28$. I'd highly recommend.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I walked in to get my nails done. I got told to pick out a color. the salon was empty but I still waited 30 mins. a younger girl finally called me over. she didn't even bother making sure my other polish was taken off all the way. didn't say a word to me and rushed me out the door. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The air was clogged up and there were kids messing around in the open (unprofessional). Also my nails were not done the way I wanted. I liked the colors of the nail salon it wasn't this and that. ...
The air was clogged up and there were kids messing around in the open (unprofessional). Also my nails were not done the way I wanted. I liked the colors of the nail salon it wasn't this and that. (but that wasn't all the things that bother me about this place)

Called to get an appointment and had one later than I wanted. Asked if there was an earlier one. Said another time. Still too late. Finally we agreed on a time. When I went in, one girl laying on the couch watching tv. The woman that did my pedicure came out and the entire time was turned around watching her soap opera. Took almost 3 hours of my time because of tv. She kept leaving me to go do something else in the room while standing there watching tv. Also there wasn't any one else in there when I was there. So what was the problem with me coming in. Oh, tv shows I guess. Will not return.

This place is a gem. I was treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. The staff create a very comfortable environment for the clients. Above all, their work is impecable. I was very impressed with my nails, and I have been to about 10 salons in this city. The quality is top notch, and the expense low. They do incredible work!

Dropped off my Mother for an appointment. She sat for 10 minutes before one woman who was playing on her cell phone asked some guy to help her. The guy who was cleaning and also on his cell phone said it would be a few minutes. Keep in mind neither of these two were doing anything productive like helping the only customer in the establishment at that time. After 20 minutes a third gal came out from the back, never acknowledged my Mother was even there just simply sat down, and began playing on her cell phone as well. Needless to say my Mother walked out and went to Royal Nails. They were busy but got her right in and did a very good job. The employees at Quality Nails care more about their cell phones than they do about helping anyone.

They did a full acrylic set on me and my friend for 65$, even gave us 5$ off for the wait since they had accidentally double booked us with another woman. Friendly service with good turn out on the nails. Also affordable. Acrylic sets start at 28$. I'd highly recommend.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I walked in to get my nails done. I got told to pick out a color. the salon was empty but I still waited 30 mins. a younger girl finally called me over. she didn't even bother making sure my other polish was taken off all the way. didn't say a word to me and rushed me out the door. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This place is a gem. I was treated with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. The staff create a very comfortable environment for the clients. Above all, their work is impecable. I was very impressed with my nails, and I have been to about 10 salons in this city. The quality is top notch, and the expense low. They do incredible work!
