Really bad experience. Waited 20 minutes first day only to be told they couldn’t get me in. Asked them to keep the colors I picked out when I returned next day. Shouldn’t have returned. Didn’t save the colors, tried to tell me I was wrong, got upset when I told them it wasn’t the right color. Over 2 1/2 hours later, while listening to the same song over and over, I had to plunk down $115 for the worst mani/pedi I have ever received. This is my new "go to" nail salon. Beautiful new salon. Very clean and they are so friendly. Unlike some of other salons I have visited where they holler clear across the salon and ask "whatchaneed". They have the most updated colors and procedures. They are a 10 in my book and I am recommending them to all of my friends. Read Less

My second visit here, walk-in and the place is clean and fresh. The people greet you. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in a little later. Kind and curteous staff. Beautiful new salon with new comfy massage chairs. Appears to be clean and sanitary with disposable pedi bowl bags and use of gloves. There was a disgruntled customer there at the time, but the staff seemed to handle it appropriately as to not upset other clients Kelly took her time and did a great job on my pedicure. Unprofessional behavior! The lady was loud, rude, to woman getting pedicure. The lady said couldn't do the design, then got nastier when the customer said just do the ombré. Started telling customer too many color, charge extra for every color. Was going charge her over $100.. lady was banging polish color down and very mean to customer. I walked out!!! Read Less
