Amy has done my nails for years and is very talented! She can do any design you show her, she's fast and efficient and very good at her job. They are all very polite and they do try to squeeze you in so they can accommodate everyone, which is great. Sometimes the foreign language gets a little heated and uncomfortable, though, but all in all they are great people and an excellent nail salon! Read Less

Awful. Cut my cuticles three different times where I was bleeding a lot. Put some sort of liquid on it that burned for 40 minutes. They had me sit down then helped four other people that came in after me. Two times I've gone my nails turn brown a few days later. Read Less

I went in today for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure lasted about 4 minutes total, but more importantly during my manicure the lady cut two of my cuticles too far back and I was bleeding... she never even say anything about it. Never will go back. Read Less

I took my mom in to get pedicures and this was her first experience so she has nothing to compare it to but I do. We got in right away and were the only ones there. We spent a minute picking our colors and we were rushed into the seats with my mom having to quick grab a color because they wouldn't give her another minute to look. They proceeded to rush through the entire thing and did a poor job with my polish. The woman that did my mom's nails did a good job from what I saw. After giving us three minutes to let them dry they sprayed our feet and sent us out of the store in the flip flops they provided. They did not give us a chance to let them dry because they wanted to close. My feet got bumped on things no matter how hard to try to prevent that and it smuged the polish on both feet. I won't go back. I also had to pay and tip BEFORE the service! I understand wanting to close and go home but I called ahead of time and they said they could do it. I had called around town to find a place that had an appt avail for 1:30pm. Star Nails said that they do appts, I scheduled my appt and arrived at 1:25. There were 4 walk ins that entered the building within minutes of each other and I. I told the staff my name and appt time and they continued to serve the walk-ins first, each one. At 1:50 I finally had to leave as I could not wait any longer due to prior commitments, hence why I made an appt for 1:30. I feel that in making and having an appt time accepted that I should have a chair reserved for me at said appt time. The staff didn't seem to care, so, I don't care to go back. There are too many nail places in this town for one to treat clients in such a way. I won't be back. Read Less
