I had a great experience. My nails came out fabulous! I've been searching threw Stafford plenty of times and have not been happy with anyone so I decided to stroll out of town and found this place. I was iffy at first but once we got started I was so pleased. I needed 2 nails corrected and the whole set i got filled lookeed brand new. How this place has any good reviews is beyond me. I went a year ago for a pedicure and was disappointed but figured I'd give them another try for a full set. I was really disappointed how they turned out. Many nails were crooked and too thick and square and my fingers were all cut up. Place was dirty too, but tried to be open minded. I actually had to go some where else to get them fixed. The salon I went to fix them at encouraged me to go get my money back because they looke...d so bad and even offered to do them for FREE because I was so upset and this was for a wedding! (Shout out to Bayside Nails in Waretown!) Sandals had no sympathy or care and didn't give me any form of a refund. $50 wasted and a whole lot of stress I did not need. Great place to get a pedicure...they are all so friendly and can fit you in when you walk in and they don't rush to get you out the door like some other places that say walk ins welcome but they truly mean the opposite. This salon does a great job! They rock! Read Less

I have been going to sandals nails for the last few years and I refuse to go anywhere but them! They're awesome at what the do and pay such close attention to detail. Jen and David are not only great workers but great friends as well. Would highly recommend checking them out, you won't regret it!! Reasonable prices for A+ work. Can't beat it. Read Less

so funny story, i went into nail studio 30 minutes before closing time hoping they can get me in quick. kelly had no problem helping me out. half way through doing my nails, it was now 8 o clock, i started to feel very dizzy and almost fainted. (i hadnt ate since way earlier that day and happened to get very light headed from it.) she let me sit outside and brought me some juice and a granola bar to make sure i was hydrated and had a few bites in my stomach. she then proceeded to do my nails, even ended up late to an appointment she had at 8:30 (so sorry btw!) she really took care of me today, and today was my first time ever even walking into the salon. cheerful and caring workers. it was a great experience. I have been going to Kelly's salon for years! I have lost count because it's been so long. She has become a friend to me over the years and I have never seen her treat any customers in any way but professional. She goes out of her way to make her clients happy. The shop is very busy at times so I highly recommend making an appointment if you don't have time to wait. Keep up the great work Kelly. Customer service was horrible, showed up early to an appointment, only to be started and set aside for an hour so she could finish her friends nails! Then bashes me on facebook. Never will go to this salon again! What a joke! 2 hours for a French tip!? Not for me!! Read Less

Spent a better part of a Saturday at the Salon. I had a great experience, but was very disappointed when, I am assuming, a regular walked in and two girls went to help her and left my friend hanging waiting for her nails to be done. We had called ahead to let them know we had 6 people coming, my friend had her nails trimmed and filed but had to continue to wait for someone to paint them because two girls were helping ONE customer.... very disappointing. Kelly and the girls at Nail Studio are hands down THE BEST I have come across. I have tried several other nail salons but their quality of service and art work is amazing. Whether I book an appointment or walk in, I have never had any trouble getting nails done. Their pedicures have also helped me deal with my running injuries, blisters, calluses and ingrown toenails.
