Linda is my absolute favorite person to go to. She is the only person I've gone too who's given me exactly what I wanted. I consistently go back to her. Received great service! Had gotten acrylics and everyone was super nice! After leaving I noticed that a nail had a line of glitter missing. Not a huge deal but having engagement pictures this weekend it needed to be fixed. Went in the next day and the same girl noticed me and asked me what had happened. Very poor service today. One guy left because it was quiet, but then got busy with only 3 people working. Guy that did my "deluxe mani pedi" ask me to pay, but never even put moisturizer on my hands or feet until I had another girl worker go get him. He.never did.rub my hands like the add said. Called ahead and they acted surprised we were there. Made appointments for three pedicures and had to sit for 25minutes before they started, then the guy doing it rushed and got polish all over my feet. Never have I been so unimpressed with a salon! JC has been doing my nails for years and does a phenomenal job every time! I get compliments almost every day on how my shellac manicures look. I will not go anywhere else in Sioux Falls because I do not want to be disappointed. JC has set the bar pretty high and no one compares. Ruby is my favorite for pedicures also. Seemed as though the guy doing my nails was in such a hurry to get done. Sure enough he got done and went straight out back for a cigarette. Than I stood there waiting to pay for at least 5 minutes even with 3-4 other workers sitting there. Finally one of the guys yelled at the guy who did my nails to get up to the counter to take my payment. Also, it's 2 weeks later and I finally am able to get my nails off and they are just ruined and thin and brittle. Look infected almost and hurt! Do Not go to this place!!! Went there earlier today and asked for JC as I heard he was good! He didn't even touch my nails. It has been two hours and I had a gem popped off in the store and they replaced it right away. Now at home I had another gem pop off toes and the corner of my nail totally chipped off. I asked to just be partially refunded because there was no way to have it fixed before I left for Vegas in 15 min. I didn't even want a full refund just a partial for having to go with messed up nails. Not to mention they put the polish on so it flooded my cuticles. I will never go there again!!! Read Less

I have been going to la nails for a couple months now & usually have JC do my nails and they always look great! Yesterday when I went in he wasn't working and had some lady give me a mani and pedi.. Worst experience I have ever had!!!! The lady couldn't even paint my damn nails right! She had nail polish all over my skin & told me to go dry I told her that she needed to get all the nail polish off my skin before I was going anywhere! Even after that I still had it on the side of my nails on my skin! I was so frustrated i just left it and told myself I would fix it at home! I'm sorry but you should be hiring new employees if your customers are having to pay for a job that could of been done better by themselves at home!! & not to mention not even 24hrs later all of my nails have chipped off paint...
